Fantastic word game

Things is a blanket term I use to describe my doings throughout the course of the day.

(Buh-bye Pendleton. Hello Manzanita!!)

Throughout the course of the day you can hear double, triple, quadruple and more entendres in a single song in order to double, triple and quadruple up on accomplishing a small-minded goal.

Accomplishing a small-minded goal doesn't seem to be the initial mission of sitcom writers, but it almost always seems that that is their end product, as if that is the highest they could reach.

The highest they could reach was the lowest rung on the ladder, so we stuck to more intellectual pursuits.

Common denominator is something that something to do with fractions, but at this time I have to have another beer and listen to more music from the 80s.

Back to School also starred Robert Downey Jr. of Ally McBeal and Iron Man fame.

-crainbebo

Crain apparently forgot to extend his bolding to include the word 'fame' because he certainly knows not to put a clue elsewhere in a post other than at the beginning or end so:

Iron Man Fame was the never-used movie title for the story of Baltimore Oriole Cal Ripken, Jr.

Because, you know, he played in all those games over all those years without ever taking a full day off. Kind of like me, guarding over all of you, even from afar. Happy Weekend everyone. ;D

Baltimore Oriole Cal Ripken, Jr., as well as roided-up homerun hitters proscribed by the Lords of Baseball, distracted America from the pain of the Major League Baseball strike.

Strike today as a day to do anything outside as I am stuck here in central New York surrounded by heavy rain, thunderstorms, high winds, and the potential for hail.

Heavy rain, thunderstorms, high winds, and the potential for hail in central New York would not stop me if Olivia Newton-John was there, but the whole vibe works better on a quiet beach!

On a quiet beach is where I am not, as I arrived in Manzanita, OR yesterday afternoon right in the middle of the Summer travel season.

(Funny thing is, I have come here in the middle of July in years past and I have never seen the beach *this* crowded before! The weather's not even that nice right now [it is raining and NOAA's even saying about a 30% chance of thunderstorms tonight. Sorry Quad, ON-J's not here.] Naturally I had to stop at home before heading to the coast and get my HF equipment and a tape recorder. By my experience Manzanita's an excellent area for some really, really great Navtex and KVM70 DXing!! Not as good as Cape Lookout further south, but Manzanita's way nicer, I think.

Perhaps I will head north and spend some time at Fort Canby or somewhere this weekend, maybe even try and do a bit of treasure hunting while I am up there on "my" side of the Columbia River. ;o))

The summer travel season will have to wait for my participation after we get done buying a new house and moving.

I have seen where Manzanita was becoming a trendy beach this year or so, on some report, maybe some Travel Channel program. I only remembered it because I was surprised Manzanita isn't in some Mexican territory, or at least some Spanish-Mediterranean enclave "down there" like, say, Texas. But no, it was in the Pacific Northwest, so must be the same one you're at Darth.

Global warming is a myth but alot of people stupidly believe what they are told, Central Ca is actual cooler this summer so far than normal years so this global warning thing is a bunch of hogwash.

Is a bunch of hogwash any cleaner than slop, swill or any of the other synonyms that describe the nonsense that goes with stoking a smoking ember to create distrust when one of us has not arrived for our precious band camp get togethers?
