Fantastic word game

Our precious band camp get togethers seem in danger of being overtaken by the flat earth society.

Society of the flat earth variety has no clue about the big, beautiful ball that abides forever; for even wisdom speaks to us in the Proverbs to tell us that she was there when The Almighty inscribed a circle on the face of the deep.

A circle on the face of the deep deep ocean is telling me that Silkie has been partaking a bit too much of some new very special recipes.

And she isn't sharing with any of us.

Cat, I was wondering where you'd disappeared to. Glad you're feeling better. You might want to check on Silkie now. :D

I have never been suckered in to an Oprah lie, especially that "Million Little Pieces" fiasco, but I'm sure there are others' lies I have believed.

Just not that whole global warming myth yet.

I have believed in very tasty recipes to share with many, although after my move I am only just finding my recipe boxes so that I can divulge everything but a single ingredient.

No need to worry about me. I had to throw a perfectly good bottle of Port away, however, because it got overheated. I am beside myself over it, truth tell. Yesterday in the home stretch (no pun intended) a few people were concerned as I was a bit overexercised with the last bits of cleaning and packing, so that I did not have to do it in the humidity and heat today.

Olivia Newton-John may not have sold as many records as Bruce Springsteen and she may not draw as many people to her concerts as him but we all know if you had to stare at one of them for any length of time, you would no doubt choose ONJ because she is damn fine to look at.

In person, ON-J reminds one of sunshine, rainbows and flowers and itty-bitty elves running through the garden.

Garden gnomes rather frequently play cutesy and coochie coo of late, but are easily enough put on the send so that they go round and round, chasing their own tails like a neurotic dog.

A neurotic dog seems to be the star of most cartoons these days.

Dang, Silkie beat me on:
Garden vegetables are high in nutrients and vitamins, but you have to take special steps to keep them from varmints.

Most cartoons these days have zero educational value, unless one considers indoctrination, varmints and ugly characters educational material.

National Geographic and Playboy magazines were often the boys' textbook inserts for serious study, although I can't help but wonder how many hands got bored and fell asleep.
