Fantastic word game

Be served or serve is a matter of strength of character, especially when we commit to devoting time and effort solely for the benefit and well-being of another despite the interpretation of our actions, rather than seeking anything at all from the one to whom we commit ourselves.

We commit ourselves to the mission, at least those with whom I am charged responsibility do so.

Luckily I'm only in charge of me, so yall might be safe, as long as we all stay on mission.

Do so sounds really wierd and I can't think of anything constructive so, for now, I'll just make something up and continue on and hope that someone else has my back.

My back was up against the wall so I was trapped like a rat because we were caught between a rock and a hard place so with nowhere else to turn we decided to put our noses to the grind stone and go full speed ahead.

BTW, today is Cliche Tuesday...feel free to use them early & often!

The heat is on and our team is on fire so watch out because at the end of the day when all is said and done, we will be smokin' our way toward leaving you in the dust and you will be toast.

You will be toast because you know where your bread is buttered which really takes the cake and I just learned this week that actress Jenna Elfmann has a bun in the oven.

I really like Cliche Tuesday which obviously took precedence over a sentence that actually made any sense but it is a sentence and that's really what's important here because we're all for one and one for all.

Burn the candle at both ends and give it your all, because time is of the essence, and when it's all said and done you don't know what's lurking around the proverbial corner and wants to pounce on you like white on rice and steal all your sunshine.

Jenna Elfman is really with child? I thought that was just the premise of her wacky, new time-filler sitcom "The Cougar Cooks One."

All your sunshine might keep you warm and happy, but it won't help you keep up with the Joneses and you can't use it to buy a Grand Slam Breakfast at Denny's.

Hey Raptus...Cannon over Rockford? Really? Geez, next you'll be telling me that Barnaby Jones could whoop Mannix!

Here's my take on Cannon: He wins the prize, hands-down, for the 1970s most head-injured P.I. If you were to survey the entire Cannon opus, I believe that you would find our hero is pistol-whipped into unconsciousness at least once in 2 out of every 3 episodes. And yet he keeps coming back for more! With no loss of cognitive functioning! Driving his big Ford LTD, he always manages to track down the bad guys for a final shootout at the old abandoned warehouse. That's entertainment, my friend. Mannix could give him a run for his money, but Barnaby Jones would break a hip and be out for the season after the first surprise ambush.

A Grand Slam Breakfast at Denny's is not the sort of food that I would consume, although I have been known to indeed hit grand slams on a regular basis.

On a regular basis, I am surprised and I surprise myself by televised entertainment choices.

Jenna Elfman's charms are somewhat lost on me as is the entertainment value of her current television show, ruining, as it does, what was a perfectly good line-up of How I Met Your Mother, The Big Bang Theory and Two and a Half Men.

My old Olivia Newton-John records, cd's, 8 tracks, journals, papers, photos, family snapshots, and posters are all as good as gold and sweet as honey, but they are not as great as the real thing.

The real thing is what Olivia and her lovin' man will always have, which is something that incredibly few people have.

Detective shows from the 70's was already the topic of discussion a page or two ago so now let's move onto something completely different such as great sitcoms from the 80's.

Great sitcoms from the 80s were not as manifold as the hundreds and hundreds of places outside of band camp that we visit for idea sharing during the off season.
