The gawkers are always out in full force when the lovely Olivia Newton-John tries to cozy up in a quiet booth for a little night cap.
A little night cap like the one they wore in "A Christmas Carol" or that Peter Dickens book with Tiny Chuck the gimp kid and Professor McScrooge called "Once Upon A Midnight Clear," I tell ya what, those caps always make me laugh a little on the inside.

On the inside, I'm a bit sad that we aren't moving along towards Page 1000 more quickly but I'm very happy that we had such an outstanding Band Camp weekend.
Those symposiums held by Silkie (library/research/cooking), Anyacat (travelling/instant gratification trivia), and raptus/Stuart (linguistics/sentence structure/letter writing) were just the trick to get everyone involved with something. Maybe for the spring, we should bring LVRJ in for a special round of Band Camp ITG. He'd like to do that, dontcha think?

An outstanding Band Camp weekend begins with a camp fire and sing-a-long followed by an all night ONJ movie marathon.
An all night ONJ movie marathon is actually on the band camp schedule for next weekend, Divine Dave, and it will be hosted by none other than our TPS Czar quadraphonic.
And that's because quad led the most pick-up-trash volunteer teams this past weekend. Congrats, quad. I look forward to it.

"The now ancient ONJ" is fighting words, anyacat, and if I knew where you were, I'd send Stuart over there to throttle ya with Skittles for saying it, and she might be ancient now, but she's still 1983 in my mind!
1983 in my mind conjures up images of the lovely ONJ with her feathered back hair wearing a very tight pair of red spandex pants.
A very tight pair of red spandex pants is what she'd be wearing, or maybe even, and these could only look good on chicks like ONJ, parachute pants.
Parachute pants sure would look good on ONJ especially if she wore them with a Members Only jacket.

A job is the last thing I want, but also one of those things I need.
I need a chair in which to sit down because I am shocked, amazed, and absolutely giddy that andreajesus has returned to us from some apparent undisclosed locations but, as happy as I am, I need to remind her that she left us without informing us that she was leaving and she needs to fill out, before end of business on Friday, her "Where I've Been For The Last Two Months" Special Edition TPS Report and get that into quad, pronto.
