Fantastic word game

History books at my high school didn't go much past the start of The Vietnam War.

That was more than 10 years ago. I've been out 10 years in June 2010. Over the past 4 years or so the state has spent more than $10 million remodeling the school inside and out. (It's unrecongizable inside and out). Hopefully the $10 million included new books.

It used to be that your enemy had an address but the ideological enemy is much tougher to bomb into submission.

Submission holds (i.e. the reinstitution of) were discussed by WMC at the last executive board meeting as a way of dealing with those pesky rule-violators who are deemed the most fractious and undisciplined.

I'll take andrea if she ever starts to go rogue... ;) :-*

The Olivia Newton-John concert was fantastic, especially the special encore of the song "Your The One That I Want"

"Are You Being Served" is a old British comedy the aired here for years on PBS.

Anyacat you are correct with the "You Are", one list of Olivia's songs on the internet had it spelled with the "Your". Went to Olivia's web site and it was "You're".

My living room hosted many a wonderful program in those pre-history channel days.

I cannot believe that anyone would need to go on an Internet search to verify the difference between "your" and "you're."

Days full of spelling errors, punctuation problems, and sentence structure issues make up this happy thing called TFWG and, despite that, we've still managed to be here for more than three years and more than 1000 pages.

Now, Cat, if you pay attention to everyone's daily contributions, you really shouldn't be that surprised.

More than three years and more than 1000 pages into this thing, grammar lapses seem to be a trend rather than an anomaly.

Dang
Days have probably been spent on the internets among all those who research it first, instead of learning the difference between verb contraction and a possessive pronoun.
