Carrying a giant bag of shoes from Famous Footwear, MarcB generously donated them to a local shelter to avoid a potential lawsuit.
Marc, I think we are ok since you didn't say anything slanderous or libelous. If merely mentioning a real life entity was an issue, we would have been in trouble a long time ago and Radio-Info would have shut us down. To avoid a potential lawsuit I just ran Marc's contribution by the TFWG PowerWorld 24/7 Legal Department, and they said his reference clearly fits into the realm of fair use.
The Marketing chimed in and said they wished they could get the kind of free, viral, TFWG-level publicity across the internets that Foot Locker just got at the TFWG. I reminded them that they really don't have to do much to have that level of reach, it's built into the system. I think it was a new guy.

Fair use of pretty much anything is ok with Marketing and Legal but right now I'm wondering why Divine Dave hasn't posted his regular early morning 7am-ish contribution.
Perhaps he is taking a few days off on this shortened holiday week and sleeping in. I hope he has one of his band camp minions on-call for any international band camp issues while he is enjoying his extra beauty sleep.

His regular early morning 7am-ish contribution is a little late this morning because of more pressing matters that required my early attention although I really could use that extra day of beauty rest.
When the extended family drops by for the holidays, I hope they don't arrive empty-handed.

Time to deck the band camp halls with bows of holly.
Decorations at band camp for Christmas usually include a living Nativity scene but unfortunately this year, the PowerWorld Rent-It-All Center was completely out of camels.
Not to mention the trouble we have around here trying to find 3 wise men! ;D

Camels have beautiful eyes with long lashes and absolutely horrendous breath.
