Fantastic word game

Sweetness and sarcasm were just oozing out of dmargalotti earlier today when he thanked Silkie for showing up for duty and thereby implying that the rest of us were dogging it.

My apologies, oh Master of International Band Camp. My normal work routes are pretty much flooded out this week and I must therefore drive around in many circles to reach the office while dealing with massive traffic tieups and backups. On a better note, it was such a beautiful day to be tied up in traffic. I was able to walk around the travel lanes, visiting motorists, handing out TFWG pamphlets. ;D

Best train ride in life was on the Old Pennsy lines, with those plush pullman seats, fancy dining cars and really nice sleeper cars, but then gubmint took over the trains, and that was the end of the genteel train ride.

Welcome aboard, DFW_Radio_2000. We trust you will find the band camp in general, but specifically the library and lounge accommodations suited to your weekend vacation needs here. We do what we can under the circumstances.

The genteel train ride is indeed a quaint way to visit various band camp locations across the country.

The Master of International Band Camp forgives you WMC for your duly noted absence. However there really is no excuse for your dereliction of duty in failing to recognize a procedural error involving DFW_Radio_2000. Please let the record show that kenrayc ended his post with Michael Jackson while the subsequent entry to TFWG by DFW began simply with Jackson. Are we going to blame this on the flooding too? Hmmm?

Across the country the nose picking, wedgie plucking little brat picked her nose and plucked wedgies from her crack while she shared all of her little defense exhibits.

Defense exhibits show that I did not take the time to review previous-page posts completely before making my own contribution.

While failing to do that, I also failed to to notice that a new poster made that contribution. Demerits all around for me.

The roof of your mouth might be burned if you scoff down that pizza as soon as it comes out of the oven.

(I thought the Olivia's missing boyfriend question was resolved some time ago. Will she run into his waiting arms? Will the lovers be reunited on international TV? Will a movie be made of the whole mess?)

Oven cooking times may vary depending on the wattage of your Microwave oven when cooking TV dinners.

Her time of need should be spent in the arms of a loving, caring individual who will be there to provide comfort and compassion as well as a shoulder to cry on and something tells me that a long line of volunteers from our ranks here at TWFG is already beginning to form.

Anyone hear from Quad? It's been a couple of days since he posted and it's not like him to miss an ONJ post.

Form letters of rejection are being received by high school students as they learn at which institute of higher education they will be matriculating in the fall.

That's a nice $100,000 phrase for you for this Easter weekend. ;)

Haven't spoken to quad but perhaps he, Mrs. quad, and the quadettes are spending a quality family-style Easter weekend away from TFWG.

Speaking of which, the TFWG Easter Ferret is appearing right this moment at the PowerWorld Shoppes until 8pm
.

Which institute of higher education they will be matriculating in the fall will be determined by their grades and their parents financial situation.

Their parents' financial situation shouldn't figure into as many things as it does, but it does.

Have a great Easter errybody! Family got our picture taken with the Easter Ferret! It was great!

It does seem at these times that Christian holiday celebrations prevail, so I wish a Blessed Passover to those who observe and a Happy Festivus for the rest of us.

(But I did like the Easter Ferret)
