Fantastic word game

A lot of Italian dishes contain pasta.

Saw one of those $250 Dyson bladeless fans on the "Reduced" table at Bed, Bath, and Beyond Saturday night. I was underwhelmed. Even at its highest setting the force was pretty weak. And I've never been bothered by the "choppy" air produced by normal fans. But that's just me...

Pasta is a good food to include if you're trying to do some carbo-loading for the FWG marathon.

My wife said she wanted to check out one of those fans, but we've never seen one anywhere.
Even the kids said that "choppy" effect seemed greatly exaggerated in that commercial. For $250, I guess my fans will just sound like a helicopter on M*A*S*H for a while.

Carbo-loading for the FWG marathon is a good way to prepare for the big run and we want to remind all participants to make sure you keep fully hydrated as well during the race.

Keep it stretched is always good advice to be certain that the limousine will accommodate all of the invitees to the Italian dinner that has been discussed here today.

Beyond that, knowing what I was thinking might be TMI.

The delicious distraction in kenrayc's case is not a problem, as we are delighted to see a new poster here and there, even though kenrayc is not so new to TFWG or to some of the 50's and 60's threads.

kenrayc is not so new to TFWG or to some of the 50's and 60's threads, and I'm surprised he's not posting on a weekend when he's hammered, unless he's posting because it's Monday and he's hammered.

;D

It's Monday and he's hammered is not the case, but it's still early here on the west coast.

The San Diego/Kansas City game is coming up, I just may have a beer for that one.

"Deleted. We now return you to the game in progress" was Basnya's latest contrib, as s/he (I'm sorry, I don't know what gender you are specifically) deleted his/her previous writing without attempting to instead build something off the subject matter of the east coast, both earning him/her a demerit, as well as a demerit to myself for my presently being such a hypocrite.

On the East coast you can see your favorite network shows 3 hours earlier.

I decided to go with the last true bolded clue, do to circumstances beyond our control, we will now join your show in progress.

3 hours earlier is what time it is on the west coast but if you keep heading west it will keep getting earlier and earlier until you get to the point where it actually becomes tomorrow which to me seems a little confusing.

A little confusing to me was the fact that I was told Friday night by a guy at The Club that he helped coreograph a line-dance to Olivia Newton-John's "Let's Get Physical."
