Fantastic word game

Running with scissors, running rampant,and racing remind regulars of real rules and regulations.

The Indian Chief spared some of us from the Qs, although I had a few ready to go.
 
Result of ignorant bureaucracies and the resulting difficulty in forming a sentence with said clue results from my apparent inability to repair the structure of that ending.
 
Repair the structure of that ending is continuously hard to do as we are seemingly hamstrung into a constant repetition of forced tenses and numbers that just don't always flow.
 
Repetition of forced tenses and numbers that just don't always flow is pretty much how we roll here and I gotta say that this alphabetical game of ours has been a nice break from the normal rigamaroll.


Wow, been a long day. Got an R clue in just in time before one of our early overnighters bounces in to change letters. :D
 
Rigmarole is a word that I had to look up on Wiktionary, meaning something that's complex, obsolete or nonsensical, and apparently has nothing to do with that stupid and utterly pointless Internet meme a few years ago that involved Rick Astley.

Stupid and utterly pointless Internet meme a few years ago that involved Rick Astley is something I'm not familiar with since I usually try to avoid anything with people who are likely to be candidates on Skating with the Stars.
 
Skating with the Stars is another pointless act of luring starved viewers and it might depending on whether there are hot skating chicks wearing pretty much nothing but sequins.


Darth, thanks for correcting me although Merriam-Webster.com does mention that 'rigamarole' (not 'rigamaroll') is a variant of 'rigmarole'. With raptusregalitur's continued absence, I'm thinking we may eventually have to nominate Darth to take over the Linguistics Czar position. Has anyone tried contacting raptus??

Salacious crimes against TFWG are generally committed by sorority types who "confess" that they befriended people without understanding their financial status.

I just love telling them how sorry I am for their losses, especially with a grave, maudlin expression on my face, recognizing that their frat boy hubbies love them for not having a clue. Remember "Little Glory" from Auntie Mame? She was top drawer too.
