Fantastic word game

Come by and see the new addition to the library sometime, since "that much fun" is not today the gleeful hoorah of a miserable cashier hag who told a member of our senior board, who uses a walking stick that no help was available to get a couple of windsor chairs (a gift to the library) into the car, especially when the librarian, ever grateful for contributions to the cause, gets finished providing a free tongue lashing in the matter.

Your humble librarian is a polite, sarcastic, snotty little thing (can't even be imitated by those who claim to have specialties in accents and voices), and the cashier prolly won't even figger out for a couple of weeks what I said, especially since it was about an hour and a half after the incident when I pulled up and noted a car that needed emptied out; however, the manager got the point and gladly handed out a gift card to the 4'10" 80 year-old on her walking stick. Bet she gets help next time if she chooses to buy anything that big. Take that, you fat cow!

Settled in and relaxed, your humble Game Czar had a relatively easy day and actually got home at a decent time just a little while ago.

Just a little while ago I walked in the door to be greeted by two hungry cats.

Actually it was 5 minutes ago.

80s music and beer is a great way to relax after the day I had today.

I was slammed with printing and shipping orders today, they came all at once and most were rush jobs that were do NOW.

Go to bed is what I'm getting ready to do as soon as I play one more song.

I made the first unofficial post for Friday.

Play one more song, kenrayc, you played it for her and you can play it for me!

[size=8pt]If she can stand "As Time Goes By", I can! Play it!

A 90's boy band or teen pop star would be wise not to spark a comeback with a remake of the Chubby Checker song, "Let's Twist Again".

So many applications received for the position of Assistant Head Librarian contained grammatical errors which is surprising because you would think people applying for that kind of a position would know better.

Better still was the attitude of management when the senior crowd decided to exchange the windsor chairs for a softer, more plush arrangement in leather - with an additional 20% off.

And the manager acknowledged that there were two cranky souls in the store. In my opinion they were not averse to the assistance that might be offered by a couple of young men, but by the thought that they might get a couple of dollars for their efforts. The two women prolly worked at Wally's World at some point in time.

With an additional 20% off their summer session tuition, band campers can take advantage of various discounts offered by merchants throughout town.
