The turtles in a pond have always been quite docile, so they've never unionized, but if they did, I assume they would start capitalizing their group.

Capitalizing their group would require coming to the surface when they impetuously perceive it is feeding time, said perception occurring whenever it rains on their little pond.

Whenever it rains on their little pond, the beavers seek shelter in the homes they've made from sticks and mud.

House construction is not my forté, as I have never constructed an entire house, although a few years ago my (real) Dad and I did put up new siding.

New siding always makes a house look better, unless the people who put it up were yahoos or ne'er-do-wells.

Yahoos or ne'er-do-wells are usually people who at one time or another became band camp rejects.

Band camp rejects are allowed to reapply after a 2 year waiting period but that doesn't guarantee a spot at all.

At all the FWG functions I attended today, people were abuzz, asking "where's that new guy?"

That new guy has yet to mention band camp, Olivia Newton-John, or topless driving in any of his posts.

Posts mentioning ON-J and/or band camp were waaaay too frequent for my limited attention span, which is why I sat in the shadows and watched but refrained from participation for two or three years, but topless driving (had I noticed it) would never have kept me on the sidelines.

On the sidelines gets you close to the action but you're still not a part of the action until you jump in the game.

From the sidelines, the football game was not as exciting, but it was much safer.

Much safer for me to occasionally jump in here and risk ODing on those subjects I've frequently found overly abundant, than to have stayed on Farcebook and risk losing life-long friends because of my inability to ignore the sickness of their (thank God, a topic banned here) politics.

The "Take It Outside" board is managed by our friends from Radio-Info who were nice enough to publicly acknowlege our anniversary earlier this year.
