Fantastic word game

To sweat like quad, you need to work like mad to get all those last minute TPS Reports submitted before the deadline.

And that's why we always ask all personnel to get all paperwork in at least a couple hours before the weekly deadline. Because we don't like it when quad sweats.

Before the deadline, my sweating is all right, because typically I have confidence in everyone to get the TPS Reports in, even if it is at the last minute sometimes (you know who you are), but right after the deadline it makes me sweat more because I realize that everyone in this class organization knows the importance of the TPS Reports, and they wouldn't dare turn them in late unless they were physically dead.

They were all virtually alive seems so virtual that some almost missed the fireworks while paying attention to virtual reality.

At Burger King young band campers get a nice little start in the workaday world, as they strive to be promoted from burger flippers to tomato, lettuce, onion and pickle toppers.

Hold the pickle, hold the lettuce, special orders don't upset us. And where are the little stinkers when I am trying to break into this thing to get a chocolate dipped strawberry?

That ol' sesame seed bun puts me in mind of that ol' boll weevil, which I think I will add to the Animals board.

Sorry, can't spell today. Hope the chef doesn't ask.

The Animals board, I'm guessing, is not related to the Muppet named Animal who worked with Kermit the Frog who found that it ain't easy being green.

It ain't easy being green with envy over the way we carry on and move right along to our ultimate goal.

The Animals board wouldn't really approve of my over-conspicuous meat consumption, but they won't faze me as I'm a human being, human beings are carnivorous and groups like them don't really have any say in the matter anyways.

[size=8pt]Remember, PETA=People Eating Tasty Animals. If humans supposedly weren't meant to eat animals, why on Earth are they made out of meat?

Never really liked Burger King--I've always favoured Carl's. I'll take a double-Western Bacon Cheeseburger over all the Whoppers in the world any day!

Ahem - Is your super duper computer set up going haywire? Just calling to your attention that the animals post was a few posts ago, before you know who catches it.

Okay, let me try it again:

Our ulktimate goal of reachning 10 000 pages won't be attained if I keep trying to access my super-duper computer setup at 4800 BPS over a poor-quality fone line.

[size=8pt]It's more likely that something went haywire between here and my machine back at home. There was a very loud hummmmmmmmmmmm on the line when I called in earlier, which of course means that my modems drop down to V.27-TER mode and run at a pathetic 4800 baud. (Well, it's better than the pathetic-er 300 I was pulling last year over similar-quality trunks from Alaska!) Of course that means the cache in my server at Mum's house didn't have time to re-GET and cache the page up to that point, as I didn't even see it when you-know-who grabbed the post!

Probably an electrical ground fault in one of the trunk-carrier exchanges in the Tri-Cities, The Dalles or Portland (depends on how AT&T routed my call, I guess.) The line I'm on now doesn't seem to have that problem, because I'm pulling about 51000 baud.

At 4800 BPS over a poor-quality fone line we use up more page space, which means we will reach Page 10,000 one way or the other.

One way or another was a Blondie hit in the mid-late '70s, and even thought I'm not as big a fan as some on here, I'm betting ONJ could have made it even bigger.

One Way or the Other was a hit for Blondie in the mid-late 1970s, and although I'm not as big a fan as some on here, I'm thinking ONJ could have made it even bigger.

I'd posted this but it didn't take, so I'll go ahead and hang it just to show my heart's in the right place even if my speed isn't.

Even bigger problems arise when we waste space by double-contributing (kudzooter) or dialoguing but not contributing (Silkie) so I shall ask members to please be careful when accessing the game and remind Miss Silkie that, while we appreciate her warning to Darth that he missed several clues, the proper thing to do would have also been to make a contribution to properly move us along.

To properly move us along, if someone can tell me how I'll gladly remove the unwanted, extra post.

I did the first one, but it failed to show. Then, as I was re-typing, got the "someone else has..." message but since I
so seldom show here, I wanted to demonstrate that I also appreciate Lady Olivia, despite not being as ardent a fan
as some are. And then, they BOTH showed up. Sorry.

Extra post activity gets us closer to Page 10,000, so while we try to stay within guidelines, it just doesn't happen on occasion here at FWG.

Ah, so what anyways. :p
