Fantastic word game

3,000 hits sounds all fine and dandy for Jeter to get, but it's nothing compared to what the FWG has accomplished.

Maybe we need ESPN promoting the bejabbers out of us to make people see.

Compared to what the FWG has accomplished, 3K hits may be a trifle, but Jeter did it -- with a home run, yet.

Yet to catch up on the day's headlines, dmargalotti was completely unaware that the Spankees played this afternoon and Jeter reached that significant milestone.

Geez, you'd think a radio guy would be on top of the headlines. :p

That significant milestone caught my eye only because I got a CNN e-bulletin about it, and I'm a radio guy but wouldn't have known about it in today's radio world unless I'd been listening to a sports station, since everything else is voice-tracked a few days ahead of time all weekend, every weekend.

3,000 hits might be impressive, except that we have had more than that here at FWG, even though our pages have not accumulated to that extent.

All weekend, every weekend, we can usually move along pretty smoothly except for when people, in this case Miss Silkie, come down with quadraphonicitis and use a clue from the previous page.

Holy Shnikies Batman, it's an epidemic!

A Rrrrubberr Beee-skit might be the booby prize for using a clue from the top of this page, but as the director of fun I should be the exception to the rule, and if necessary I will just blame Sweetie Pie for having my heart all aflutter.

Errors we wouldn't otherwise make include even our vocal cords getting tense when we speak, but we stop everything for FWG.

Yeah, right.

For FWG, you need to abide by our Terms of Service which we adopted as our own, for a small fee, from our good friends at Radio-Info.

Quad stepped in sooooo:

Our game definitely needs to step up and that can happen if we all post continuously hour by hour.

Hour by hour I must say that I think of nothing but FWG, even though I tell the cat that I thought of nothing but her all day, and you all know that it is surely the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth.

Abnormal is defined as the first post of the day on FWG taking place at 10:10 a.m. EDT, depending upon your location.

Down in history, the public will always wonder how we went for 8 hours without a contribution.

Seems we all have lives after all ;D
