Fantastic word game

At one end or t'other, no matter how you slice it or which way you are facing or what your chosen tome/ode/poetry/almanac/anthology/compilation/memoir/biography is, even if it's a body part, reading is fundamental.

Reading is fundamental to being able to travel anywhere in the world, to say nothing to charting one's course in the galaxy, so as to avoid the comets that circle Uranus.

Avoid the comets that circle Uranus, never get less than 12 hours of sleep, never play pool with a man who has a city or "Fats" in his name, and you'll be copasetic, like the coach who advised Scott on "Teen Wolf".

Scott on "Teen Wolf" must have scared all of you into staying inside on this sweaty day because we had a good 2 pages worth of contributions which is, based on recent surveys, about one and a half pages more than normal.

A new normal would really be extraordinary, so we should just stick to the schedule and get to page 10,000 in 30 years.

Enjoy the life we have, and don't forget that we have several varieties of homemade popsicles that the little band campers made by using cocktail sticks and ice cube trays filled with yummy for your tummy Hawaiian Punch.

Ice cube trays filled with yummy for your tummy Hawaiian Punch are available to the IT, maintenance, and administrative people who are spending some vollunteer time at the alternate campus this weekend getting some prep work done for the late summer session.

Getting some prep work done for the late summer session might include such preparations as bolding the clues from time to time.

Bolding the clues from time to time is not acceptable because we are supposed to bold our clues each and every time which means I deserve demerits for being forgetful.

Shaaaaame shame on me :-[ :-[ :-[

For being forgetful there is a punishment, it's just that I forgot what it is, and we moved along to another page anyway.

Our usual modus operandus is the same as it has always been, which is to keep on keepin' on as best we can until we get where we are going.

Keep truckin', babe, was the quote my mother wrote in my high school autograph book, along with a bit of other commentary that still tickles me.

Can somebody tell me what the story is with little old ladies, who have always had green thumbs greener than Ireland, who suddenly go with the silk flowers? Back in the day before silk flowers they always had plastic roses in the window. What is up with that anyway?

A bit of other commentary that still tickles me is Darth's daily commentary regarding his travel and computer issues because I don't understand most of it.

The computer parts of it, anyway.

I don't understand most of it either, so you're not alone there, and I would swear some of it Darth is just making it up.

But that's all right. He's on staff, and sometimes staff people just gotta go on tangents, even manufactured tangents, and I mostly wrote this post to goad him into bulking up our post totals... ;)
