Endorsed by Illusions and hosted by Dave and Kenny, the next Super 70s Saturday Soaker will surely be a crowdpleaser during these hot and humid dog days of August.


Yes, I know, "hot and humid" and "dog days" is redundant just like "The TFWG". :D :D :D
 
During these hot and humid dog days of August, we play songs by the Ice Man, Jerry Butler, because he's just so cool, and yet we have some who still call asking for Butler Jerry and apologizing for asking for last name first, thus making the same mistake over and over.

Over and over and again and again we see people who tend to repeat themselves say the same thing that was just said exactly the same way they just said it in the first place.
 
That FWG-derivative trivia game either dropped from the map due to life, or its founder is still trying to discern the deal and terms of that re-recorded pre-recorded credit card message that is being sent around second or third hand with lots and lots of overdubbed static and the sound of a crap fringe reception area.
 
Mine is not to reason why, nor, for that matter, to do or die, but rather to make our little contribution without repeatedly repeating somebody else's posts from a couple of weeks ago and claiming that we thought of them all by our little selves, and we hope nobody else copyrighted them and did them first.

Stock and trade are pretty much synonymous with stock in trade, which means the soup stock that we don't trade.
 
Cursory involvement with the FWG might be just enough to get us to our goal as long as we can get another couple of dozen people involved cursorily.

Band camp and Illusions Danceclub both get mentioned frequently here, one more deserving than the other, but nothing is more deserving of a mention than The Lovely Olivia twice in the early morning by people other than our Director of Early Morning Contributions.



He must have caught all the redlights this morning since he hasn't arrived at his desk yet. Good thing we have people like DToTheJ and myself to fill in when needed. 8)
