Fantastic word game

Dave and Kenny's Rockfest at Illusions can get away with playing Under Pressure as one single song, with Queen and David Bowie being the artists, unless WMC has a version where Under Pressure by Queen is a song, and David Bowie is another song.

Another song that was controversial was "Ghost Busters" by Ray Parker Jr., as it was too much like Huey Lewis and The News' "I Want A New Drug".

Huey Lewis was originally was going to do the music for Ghost Busters, and on Saturday Dave and I are going to play Under Pressure by Queen & David Bowie followed by "Ice Ice Baby" along with back to back songs with the original artist song and the sound alike song following.

I see The Tom Tom Club followed by Mariah Carry and The Beatles "Lady Madonna" followed by Sublime and many more.

Woops I just waisted a post and can't remove or edit it, or post my own clue.

I Want A New Drug came out when I was working at Sizzler's Steak House.

Sizzler's Steak House may have been related to a restaurant called "Sizzler" which once had properties all over the Northwest, including one a couple miles north of where I'm living now which is now a Chinese buffet, but now the closest Sizzler to me currently exists almost fifteen miles away down in north-eastern Clackamas.

[size=8pt]Because apparently in the mid-1990s, filing Chapter 11 prompted them to shut down a whole bunch of their properties, including the 3 1/2 in the Vancouver area (one on the lower east side was under construction at the time, and eventually opened as a sport grill, and it too has sat empty for the last several years.)

It's a shame, really, because I always liked their buffet lines as a kid!

Down in north-eastern Clackamas, you can always find Darth volunteering and assisting at the local band camp campus where the kids and administrative staff worship him for his computer abilities.

Band camp jousting and pall-mall are featured events at the Pall Mall, London band camp festival this year, and we have word that a competing band camp is still looking for any excuse, and using any opportunity, to show up very close by.

Probably because they are persona non grata just about anywhere, to say nothing of the desire to eavesdrop on any conversation that might give them the competitive edge, hoping to leave us lost somewheres, but that ain't gonna happen anytime too soon.

Very close by most acceptable standards is the distance between our two camps however while they are both located in the same general area, the differences you will find between us and them shows that we are worlds apart in terms of quality, service, pride, and reputation.

Platforms are not recommended on the dance floor, because most people take their shoes off to shag, and if you step on one of their toes with your big ol' high boats, then they are wont to strike, and it's on.

It's on file that our Game Czar was less than pleased with our productivity yesterday and yet while he's quick to complain, I don't see him pulling his weight during the day.

And PUH-LEEZ, spare me the excuses about having a job and not being near a computer all day. I've heard that til it's coming out my ears already!!

During the day I've been known to maintain the computer systems in the Band Camp satellite campusses, except for the one in north-eastern Clackamas as we haven't a campus down there.

[size=8pt]It's actually in Troutdale, right on the windy side of the Gorge and no-where near Clackamas.

@DJ--
Well, it takes one to know one...

We haven't a campus down there right now but that doesn't mean there won't be one there in the near future because I'm pretty sure our master plan for global domination includes one.

One is the loneliest number.

[size=8pt]I wouldn't suggest putting it there, myself. If it were up to me I'd site it in Wilsonville, so it's roughly half-way between the Salem and Vancouver campi and so it's accessible from I-5 *and* 205 (just 205 runs through Clackamas but they join/split in Tualatin, just north of Wilsonville.) But that's just me.

Edit:
I now notice this is page 1934. That was the year my Gran'ma was born!

Number one can be messy or not but if you sprinkle when you tinkle than you damned well better clean up after yourself.
