Fantastic word game

"Hand Me Down World" is a lesser-known number from The Guess Who, a band which was originally known as Chad Allan And The Expressions.

Television sit-coms should be centered around some of the antics I would love to pull elsewheres around here, but Sweetie Pie would get soooo even with me. :-*

Soooo even with me in the 3-legged race was my partner, Olivia Newton-John and we were in stride step by step for the entire race as we lead the pack heading into the home stretch until my trick knee gave out, sending both of us toppling to the ground as the team of Miss Silkie and her Sweetie Pie stole the victory from us.

From us to our fans out there on the internet, the FWG is produced every day, some days more than others, some days less than others, because we subtly adjust our activity levels so that the American lurking public doesn't overdose.

Because we care.

Overdose on too much FWG, and you might end up looking like the TV program, Revenge, trying to eat the whole cow in one sitting.

About ten minutes ago I went on a rant over a return item for which we were given a refund receipt that was voided.

Naturally, when the woman behind the counter suggested that maybe I decided that the defective item was a keeper anyway, I suggested that the police could sort that part out and took out my as needed only phone. She suddenly remembered the item we returned and exactly why we returned it. It was like a regular miracle. Don't borrow from customers to cover your beauty treatments when your john leaves town. That's called stealing.

And then some thoughts occurred to me that I needed to thank the group for doing a great job today that resulted in a higher than lately-average number of contributions which, if we can keep that up, makes me think that Page 10,000 isn't as far away as it seems.

As far away as it seems, page 10,000 might be done in 29 years and 6 months instead of 30 years, but either way, we need to get some band campers trained in a hurry, so that they can carry the torch without trashing the thread as so many do with their inherited businesses.

Well, the same person who refunded us said that we might have decided to keep the defective item and that's why the transaction was voided. People probably have so much stuff on their credit cards that they would not know one minute to the next whether they got a credit or not. We only use the credit once or twice a year to keep everything in good repair, and never an amount that cannot be paid off right away as soon as the bill comes. They tried it, and I said I was calling the police. It was then that the clerk remembered. They should be happy about our goodwill.

Their inherited businesses are part of what makes snobs snobs, but I don't mind that they inherited a business as long as it keeps them day in and day out from bothering me with their presence.

Bothering me with their presence, the mosquitoes have been unusually active this time of year thanks to a very wet end to the summer and warmer than average temperatures at the beginning of autumn.

More flies and other pesky creatures seem to multiply and work the screens trying to get in, as they die off and fade away, which gives Miss Kitty that special sense of gratitude entitlement, thinking that I gave her some new toys and treats.

Some new toys and treats will keep your pets occupied for a little while but nothing can replace the fun that they enjoy when you get down on the floor with them and roll around.
