Fantastic word game

An absurd post comes along now and again, especially when we get so close to the end of another thousand, when lookeyloos and lurkers find any reason to justify hangin' out, especially if testing the waters seems credible enough.

Credible enough or not,we try not to pass judgment on those who take time out of their day to make a contribution unless of course they post something that seems to undermine our core fundamental principles.

To introduce DtotheJ to Megan McCormick, we could hold a screening of all her episodes of Globe Trekker but only if Miss Silkie will let us use the Band Camp Library multi-media room.

The Band Camp Library multi-media room is open to all, especially those who have made meaningul contributions along the way, including DtotheJ, naturally.

DtotheJ, naturally, is quite humbled that they're talking about him on the Off The Air Board of Radio-Info.com.

::)

Without breaking any local or international laws, we here at the Fantastic Word Game make up families and outings and friends, all crammed into luxury housing, and all within the confines of a little white box within a bigger blue box, but confined to a teeny tiny box nevertheless.

Nevertheless, only a handful of contributions over the weekend by myself and Miss Silkie were recorded which means we need to get on the ball and get on the stick so that these last 8 pages until Page 2000 don't take forever and, perhaps, just maybe, if we're lucky, might actually coincide with our 5th anniversary on December 3rd.

And, of course, we hope that our good friends from R-I and Tom Taylor will find it in their hearts, at that point in time, to mention our 5th anniversary on the boards and newsletters. In fact, they should mention it on every single board on R-I. Every single one. ;D

To invite her to our 5th anniversary party quad might be a bit of a problem because I was going to do the same thing which means we may have to settle this with a good old fashioned duel.

A good old fashioned duel between Megan McCormick and Olivia Newton-John would be considered, to most of the FWG regulars, a wet dream.

"A wet dream," I am pretty sure I'm speaking for all of us concerned here at the FWG, is probably too strong and inappropriate a term for our reaction to a duel between Megan McCormick and Olivia Newton-John, because I doubt anyone here gets their jollies off of a traditional catfight (unless there are closet Jersey Shore fans here), and much less from an unnecessary competition between two very talented and beautiful women.

It's only about appreciating beauty and talent. Not abusing it. Nor letting it abuse you.

To the good side though DttJ, I give you merits for your use of 'the FWG.' ;)

However, I think WMC needs demerits for not recognizing any contributions but his and Silkie's from the weekend. Luckily for him, doling out official demerits is not in my purview, but I am still noting the gaffe in his personnel file.

Riding the mechanical bull at Illusions was not the cause of those women being untalented and ugly as a tobacco stain on a prom dress, but it certainly did not help with the effects.

Help with the effects (lighting and smoke machine) is needed for the next big gig featuring Dave and Kenny in the DJ booth so if you can lend a hand, add your name to the sign up sheet in the library.
