Fantastic word game

A timely manner is not the same as Wayne Manor under which was the BatCave and all kinds of bat-computer paraphernalia about which Darth probably drooled in his sleep.

In his sleep, Darth probably prattles on and on in details that most of us can't follow with our tiny little brains, but that sleeptalking and Orangina is what keeps him sharp.

Orangina is what keeps him sharp, attentive and focussed, since Orangina is necessary for life to exist.

[size=8pt]Actually I sing in my sleep. No kidding. Summer camp, fifth grade, one night I apparently woke up my entire cabin belting out the "Torreador" and a couple others, even imitating the backing choir yet. Or occasionally if I'm staying at Mum's, she'll reportedly come out to the kitchen at 0300-0400 or so and hear me putting on quite a loud concert in the basement.

Yet I can't even play something simple like "Chopsticks" on the piano to save my life....

Orangina is necessary for life to exist in some circles, and back in the 70s, someone sang "All I need is the air that I breathe, and to love you," and I'm pretty sure they were talking about Olivia Newton-John, because it was before the naissance of Megan McCormick.

Megan McCormick is always a pleasure to watch on Globe Trekker, because she is awesome.

BTW Andreajesus posted in a thread I was posting in today on the 50s&60s board, and I mentioned to her that she should check in to the FWG.

The right mechanical bull is the one you want to ride, because the one on the left is spoken for: should you saunter up to it, address it, or claim it on your road to happiness, be assured there is someone off-scene, maybe three, creating in their minds a dramatic scene of that bull's civic and eternal redemption, eyeing you like you just stole the essence of their being.

Disaster of epic proportions would happen if our fun little thread were to ever be bounced from Radio-Info but we know that would never happen because what other site can claim to have a thread that goes on for over 2000 pages.

Kenny, make sure you bug andrea constantly until she finally gives in and visits us.

Our own band camp movie theatre is the place to be to watch 26 year old reruns of the Itsy Bitsy Teeny Weeny Yellow Polka Dot Bikini brigade featuring little sister and the clique playing sledge hammers and not nails, shooting at the audience and hitting their own corporate consultant, while sliding into obscurity.

What is with these young thangs who show up in weird times of the year at places, in bikinis, all out of season and out of place anyway?

Their downward spiral may not be manifest until after they are sold off to the highest bidder in what turns out to be a new twist on the term bait and switch.

Bait and switch tactics are unseemly, but we have all good things in such quantity at the FWG that we never have to fear running out of them, nor failing to always get their full value.

Computers are never built on time but Darth's IT Tech Warriors will respond to your computer-related emergencies in a timely manner.

A timely manner is always the best way to get things done..... :D

Their full value tends to diminish with age and use.

[size=8pt]For a while now, we've sold brand-new magtapes in the computer centre at $10 each. The rotation system we use for periodic system backups occasionally makes tapes available which have been used at best a couple dozen times; almost new as such things go. We try to not re-use these tapes for further system backups in order to make sure the tapes are fairly new and the same ones don't get re-used year after year.

So we have a limited supply of used blanked and re-formatted tapes we are selling in the Computer Centre (and for the time being, room LH12) for $3 each (1/2" reel and QIC-EX) for your own personal data/backups. This will happen again from time to time.

With age and use, most material things will wear out and lose value but if you hold on to them long enough, for some reason they tend to become valuable again.

I'd welcome Andrea back but I'm not sure if the Game Czar will let us recognize her contribution since it was playing off of an old clue.
