Fantastic word game

The doors of the FWG (or TFWG as some prefer) are always open because we like to work with the newbies especially the ones dmargalotti finds on his international band camp excursions.

The ones dmargalotti finds on his international band camp excursions usually come with press packages that have misspellings, but they quickly catch on once they get to band camp.

Once they get to Band Camp she'll be rising, she'll find the note they left hangin' on her door, she'll laugh when she reads the part that says they're leavin', 'cause they've left that girl so many times before.

That crazy contraption remains at Illusions because, once Dave & Kenny's Saturday night show is over, the customers can then ride the bull until sunrise.

Funkytown by Lipps, Inc. was featured in commercials for the movie "Dumb And Dumber" starring Jim Carrey.

Martha Quinn was a fine VJ, but I think if Megan McCormick had been a DJ, the bar would have been raised, and the best VJ rating anyone else could hope for would be "adequate."

Adequate is the level of entertainment you can expect from most prime time TV dramas these days although there are a few exceptions including Blue Bloods with Tom Selleck.

Blue Bloods with Tom Selleck would probably be better if it were Tom Selleck with Blue Bloods, but then I am quite partial to Tom Selleck, who also played Ike.

Tom Selleck, who also played Ike, played Thomas Magnum, a private investigator who lived in Hawaii, drove a cool car, and got all the chicks.

My hero. :D

A private investigator who lived in Hawaii, drove a cool car, and got all the chicks used to live near me before he moved to Twin Peaks and started practising psychiatry.

SPECIAL REPORT from the Computer Centre:
We now have an HTTP-based mirror of the internal news groups on wgzoo for the whole world to see. Yup, for real. A wonderfully amazing fellow at the VanPDX satellite, "Mistman" (whom I've worked with many times) donated some space on his SDF file to host it. It's on http://mistman.pdp10.org/pub/filebox/fwg/wgzoo/ . Currently it's not laid out in a very reasonable format but it's mostly all there. Most of the interesting stuff is in the general/ directory, including my running commentary of the centre's expansion a couple months ago (in case you missed it here.)

I'm working on an HTML-based front end which should make it somewhat easier for humans to parse, but it's VERY incomplete at this moment. Select the /main.html file to see what's finished so far. It should be mostly done by the end of the week. So now even YOU can read wgzoo news when you're not at the University......and you, and you and, yeah, you.
