Quadster is not a good way to refer to our colleague quadraphonic since he already has a nickname which means giving him another nickname would just be superfluous.
Superfluous nicknames are, in many ways, overkill.
Overkill is hearing even more about the Facebook IPO.
The Facebook IPO is mostly interesting because Olivia Newton-John and Megan McCormick are laying low.
Laying low is a good way to get stepped on.
"On and on, we just keep on trying, and we smile when we feel like dying," is in the anthem for the band camp across the street, but ours is way more inspiring.
Way more inspiring are songs by the group Journey but I've always wondered if atheists would be more comfortable singing "don't START believing".
Believing is what keeps a lot of people from doing anything important.
Anything important that happens during the day at The FWG (or TFWG as some prefer) is usually handled by me or quad and sometimes Silkie or Darth because we all know that WMC is never around when you need him.

WMC is never around when you need him, and his excuse will be that quad told him to stay outa the way while we bust the case wide open, assuming of course that we have the right keys this time.
If not, we'll wing it with some top notch lockpicks, like Mike Hammer, Father Dowling, Conrad and other famous notables. BTW, WMC got to be game czar by self-aggrandizement, self-importance and self-promotion. He takes the executive thing to a whole different level.

This time, I told WMC to stay outa the way, but only because that was the thing for which the public clamored.
The public clamored for his resignation but so far their pleas have fallen on deaf ears.
Deaf ears only hear what they want to hear.
They want to hear Olivia sing and like the rest of us, they just can't get enough.

Enough time has passed by since the last Olivia Newton-John/Megan McCormick reference.
The last Olivia Newton-John/Megan McCormick reference was about a dozen contribution ago, just a bit further back on the previous page, but I know for some people that was just too long ago.
It's been a long time but I think I kinda just took the Game Czar position on my own because we needed some leadership and counselling and I didn't like what TheDude was or wasn't doing. Or something like that. I really don't recall who was actively here at the time for contributors but, as time has passed, others (remember SKenJenningsSummers? ) have come and gone, I've stayed here, and people have accepted it, perhaps some reluctantly. Now, if SOMEONE feels it's time for a change in the corner office, I'll step aside. Speaking of TheDude, by the way, don't some of radioman's contributions feel very TheDude-ish? Makes you wonder, doesn't it? ;D

Incidentally, whatever became of the decision you guys were supposed to reach during the meeting last.....erm, February or March was it, regarding my appointment as the official FWG Grammar and Spelling Nazi? Reached an impasse?

We used to have a Director of Linguistics but he disappeared over a year ago (no, it wasn't TheDude). That was raptusregalitur, very nice guy, great sense of humor. I hope nothing bad happened. I just think he ran afoul of the R-I higherups one too many times and never came back. I hope that's all it was. We could discuss the Grammar thing (although being the family friendly pc people we are, we would hardly call it Nazi) at the next meeting.
