Fantastic word game

Maybe it will happen that my outlook for the near future will improve, but after the kind of day I've had to-day, I wouldn't really count on it.

[size=8pt]@scanman1--
8-point type, like this, is not the "official" format for dialogue but is also acceptable. At least that's how I've been doing it for the past several years I've been on here and I've yet to have anyone complain about it. Makes it looks less cluttered, too.

Since you're a new student here at the FWG University, you automatically have a computer account as well on the various University and Powerworld mainframes. From the UNIX systems, your login name can be up to 16 characters long and your password up to 128. If you haven't done so yet, I'd advise you to log into guvax and get acquainted with the "A"-News system to keep up with University and Power World happenings; shell command, sans quotation marks, is "$ news wgzoo 119". A read-only HTTP mirror of the system's posts is also available on http://mistman.pdp10.org/pub/filebox/fwg/wgzoo/ if you can't get news to work (or if you're away from the campus.)

I wouldn't really count on it either, but it's best to always have the boat gassed up in case of zombie apocalypse or a visit from Megan McCormick when she wants to see the submarine races.

A visit from Megan McCormick when she wants to see the submarine races at the New London shipyards would be a more likely thing to do in Connecticut than stopping at a watering hole in Wolcott.

A watering hole in Wolcott isn't really the ideal place to stop unless you have a desire for watered down drinks or riding a mechanical bull.

"Pinch Me" is a hit record by the alternative group known as Barenaked Ladies.

Why do I have a feeling the next contributor is going to work a Megan, Olivia or Samantha reference in? ::)

Barenaked Ladies and butt nekkid men come in all shapes and sizes, which is why The Swallows and Maria Muldaur recorded "It Ain't The Meat (It's The Motion)" many moons ago. ;D

That ain't an invitation to stalkers, it's a stinkin' post.

Many moons ago, it was determined what beauty was, and in the ensuing years, the ideal of beauty has been met and enhanced upon by such pulchritudinous beautific luminaries as Megan McCormick or Olivia Newton-John.

See, DToTheJ, the reason why Megan and Olivia didn't come up when "Barenaked Ladies" was the closer/opener was because that would have been tacky. It would not have been in keeping with the ideal of beauty they have set forth, which is what mentioning them is all about. (As for me, I might would mention my wife as the ideal beauty, but yall have no idea what she looks like, but Megan McCormick and Olivia Newton-John are more well-known.) It's not just about barenaked whoopydehoo and scandal and being base and trite and whatnot. They just would not have been fitting content in that barenaked, full-frontal, in-your-face context.
Silkie knows what it's all about. It's not all about the scandalous rhetoric, or what the base people would call easy hanging fruit. It's about just pure ol' regular qualities like overall beauty and goodness, inside and out.

Our cadre of contributors to the band camp law library know that we and our interns are well educated and don't try to insert special legalese looking terminology in where it just ain't gotta be.

It just ain't gotta be another full week of work but, alas, it is which means I have to wait all the way until Labor Day for a day off.

That sort of ill-repute, misguided hangout will be addressed later on because, right now, it's my pleasure to provide today's Early Morning Contribution.

Today's early morning contribution is brought to you with limited verbal interruption by Illusions Hotel And Casino in Wolcott, CT.
