Fantastic word game

The eyes of the village idiot were caked with sour cream from leftover cucumber salad, which is probably why she thought the "under construction" sign read that she is designated to deliver old messages, notes, news, etc. as though it were something new or recent, and pretend that there are breakups going on in well established relationships.

Well established relationships stand the test of time, but even those can often fall victim or prey to the test of infidelity and other trust violations, since time itself is only a neutral thing.

A neutral thing should be a fairly easy clue to talk about but, once again, I've come up with nothing so, because I like participating, I'll just make something up so we can move along towards our goal.

The volume cranked up to 11, of course, can ruin one's equipment and is guaranteed to disturb AND/OR disrupt others in adjacent classrooms or living units, so as a precaution there is a strict rule in place which states that the volume level must not be cranked up any higher than 5 1/2 when earphones are not being used.

[size=8pt]Beginner's mistake, scanman1. You have to bold ALL of your ending clue for it to count, which is why I incorporated the "of course" into my opening clue. I can be a lenient guy so I'm not going to issue demerits this time, although I'm sure Señors WMC, dmargalotti etc. will probably feel differently. I'll have a few words with them at the next staff meeting if they do.

The volume level must not be cranked up any higher than 5 1/2 when earphones are not being used because you certainly don't want to damage your speakers, especially if their power handling is below the power output capability of your amplifier.

My apologies for the error. I should have proof-read it closely before I let it fly with that mistake. I actually intended to include "of course" in the bolding but obviously left the "bold" tag in the wrong spot after adding those last two words. :-[

The power output capability of your amplifier can affect one's senses on occasion which is probably what happened to our friend scanman when he neglected to bold his entire ending clue so we shall, Darth, give him the benefit of the doubt because it happens to the best of us on occasion (even me) and we certainly don't want to lose him due to unwarranted criticism during his introductory grace period.

TPS report management is what I used to spend every Thursday and Friday on, but fortunately my TPS worktime has decreased since we computerized the TPS systems, which gives me more time for other things like keeping up our number of posts and Olivia Newton-John/Megan McCormick references.

To contribute mapping material to the library some campers have definitively connected certain travel routes with daytime radio listening habits beyond a reasonable coincidence.

Beyond a reasonable coincidence, I got out of work early this afternoon to find that there were severe weather alerts, and even a tornado warning, all around my area.

Depending on where you were, there was hail, flash floods, thunder, lightning. Coincidence? I think not!
