Fantastic word game

scanman1 and unitron are names that can be lazily copied and pasted as the intro bolded clue, without fear of demerits for not capitalizing proper nouns.
 
Demerits for not capitalizing proper nouns are a necessity as we like to keep the rules of proper sentence structure in place because, otherwise, this game would become unruly.
 
Ya know, I'm almost at a loss for how to deal with what unitron thinks is a contribution. He has flagrantly violated the one sentence rule. I'm pretty sure it's not in haiku form. I think I need to pull out the rarely used "let's just skip over that one like it never happened" rule, also known as "TheDude Rule", and I'm going to move us along by following myself. I hate that it artificially inflates the numbers but I think the Board members will agree with me on this one. I hope they will anyway.

This game would become unruly if we allowed people to just do anything they wanted to do so some of us have to enforce the rules and this is one of those times.

My destination today is to watch football, Nascar, and Baseball, but with the overlap of events I'm going to be channel hopping today.

Sorry man. I know you've already paid your price for that crime with the brutal treatment from The Game Czar, but I just felt compelled to bring it up again as a cautionary tale for future posters.
Also, we are heading toward 24000 posts yall. That's a lot of pages, but it's not 10,000 yet. :sigh:
 
Conflating threads like unitron conflated responses can be very confusing and it can be even more confusing if you don't know what conflating means.

And, hey, like quad alluded to, 9 more contributions until 24,000 posts. Let's keep it real, keep it clean, and keep 'em coming.
 
What conflating means is when your mind takes two things and mixes them up, transmogrifies them, amalgamates them, and combines them, and comes up with any other than the optimal result.
 
The optimal result will be achieved when we hit that 10,000th page but, until then, we gotta work with each other to get there as soon as we can.
 
To start off your morning right grab a cup of coffee and take a few minutes to visit with your friends at The FWG (or TFWG as some prefer) while catching up on any posts you may have missed.
 
Any posts you may have missed should always be reviewed for the sake of literary completeness, and for our own mental files, but please, please, please, only use the last bolded clue for your next response, because when you don't look at the latest post, and you post something else you felt like posting or that radio-info said was "the latest post" but really wasn't, it gets confusing.
