Around here, it turned out to be a warm day, around 70 degrees, following a couple days of cooler weather but tonight it's raining and tomorrow will bring temperatures in just the low 50s.

A sweater vest is something I see worn by the gentlemen working in the office of the International Director of Band Camp.

I had to make an executive decision regarding the new clue since someone neglected to leave one.
