Fantastic word game

For years, pretty much since it started Spring Break has been nothing but an excuse for college students from around the country to converge on a warm weather beach town to engage in some drunken debauchery and sophomoric shenanigans.

An Illusions Cruise sounded like it would be a lot of fun but, as it turns out, I was a victim of deceptive advertsing because the "Illusions Cruise" turned out to be Tom Cruise discussing his beliefs in Scientology.

Tom Cruise discussing his beliefs in Scientology doesn't exactly sound like a rocking good time unlike Dave & Kenny's 80's Rockfest each and every Saturday night at Illusions which is always rocking.

Always rocking, never stopping, and only slowing down for a couple of minutes here and there is why Dave and Kenny's Rockfests are so well-attended, but at some point it's probably better if they went on tour and spread the love and rocking, and got away from Illusions and all that childish drama among the management.

Childish drama among the management of a business can make it difficult to focus on the important decisions necessary to improve efficiency and productivity.

Whenever one participates in TFWG (or The FWG as some others prefer), they are asked to follow a few simple rules which are designed to keep the game moving along in an orderly fashion.

Moving along in an orderly fashion, we have reached Page 2,581 which is well short of Page 10,000 but not that far from Page 2,600 (or 2600 as some prefer).

Page 2,600 (or 2600 as some prefer) is certainly something to celebrate because no other thread at radiodiscussions.com or on the world wide web has come even remotely close to matching our successful run.

The staff meeting scheduled for this week will be held on Friday at 9am in the conference room and I would like to remind LARadioRewind that it's your turn to bring the cake and coffee.

Cake and coffee were being enjoyed by the staff, who were handing out binoculars to the library interns, so that they could have a look at some of our archives in action, as the triplets at some camp up the road argued over which one of them was spotted coming down the pike first - the one who learned from her mistake, the one who vanished like a vapor after a second little mini run down south way, or the one who wants to perform all by herself, and swears that she was merely a cute little toddler in diapers when she was spotted and swatted, back in the fall of 1988.

"Sentence opener" as written by Miss Silkie is also not a good sentence opener (or S.O. as some prefer) but we've just got to make the best of what we've got to work with.

We've got to work with a lot of crazy people on this thread, and when I say that, I'm including myself as part of the "we" and also including myself as part of the "crazy people" because this way I don't have to take sides.

I don't have to take sides in the matter of the weirdos up the road having excitement over wanting us to guess what they have.

They have been wondering where Darth has been lately because, even though everything has been running smoothly, it's always comforting to see the Director of Information Technology (DIT) wandering the halls once in a while.

I'm guessing Robin and/or Bruce has been up to some shenanigans again in the Computer Centre.

Wandering the halls once in a while is a great thing to do, but even when it's late-night and you think you're all alone, it's best to err on the safe side 1000 times and never wander in your pajamas, or less.
