Fantastic word game

She became hopelessly devoted to it and then became hopelessly devoted to us as she comes to band camp 3 or 4 times per year to perform a medley of her hits for all the band campers.

I guess I have to follow myself if no one else is gonna show up this morning. :-\
 
When they were youngsters, the band camp members wondered what they could call themselves if they started a fan club for Alan Young, the star of the Mr. Ed tv show and the voice of Scrooge McDuck, but they decided that even though "Youngsters" would have been a cute name, people unaware of the Alan Young Fan Club might have thought they were delusional if they called themselves "Youngsters" after they had grown old.

"Hey, Willlllbur? Could you have Carol get me some more carrots at the market?"
 
At Illusions, I was offered a "senior discount" and the waitress explained to me that normally they sell a senior for $12.95 but if I wanted to buy a senior, I could buy one for only $9.95, which sounded like a good deal until I realized that I'd have to be responsible for feeding him and taking care of him until one of us died, so I turned down the offer.
 
I turned down the offer from dmargalotti to travel with him to one of our newest band camp locations in Afghanistan because, after being away from the office for a week of vacation, I need to go in and check up on things.

I'll join him on one of his other trips.

Any country, any time of day or night, sounds depressing, whether it's played through tinny speakers and chicken wire, or the biggest sound system you've ever seen or heard.
 
The biggest sound system you've ever seen or heard will sound like garbage unless it's playing real music like the greatest hits of the 70's and 80's that Kenny and I are so fond of.
 
The greatest hits of the 70's and 80's that Kenny and I are so fond of are played each and every Saturday night at Illusions.
