Fantastic word game

The funnest thread available anywhere on the internet is definitely this one but I am kind of sorry that more people don't know about it.

I really think we need to hire a Director of Marketing and Promotions to help get the word out via radio, TV, and social networking about The FWG (or TFWG as I prefer).

People don't know about it because we've sort of kept it a secret but what we should probably do is visit message boards on other websites just so we can mention it a few dozen times so those other people can come here to see all the fun they've been missing.

Well, we could hire a Director of Marketing and Promotions or we could just add that title and those responsibilities to Miss Silkie's daily roster of stuff that she does. Or maybe we could have quad do it, he's got lots of extra time on his hands since TPS Reports are mostly automated these days. Or perhaps we could promote scanman or LARR although we don't usually promote people so soon after they've come aboard and neither has been around THAT long yet though either one would do a terrific job.

Speaking of jobs, we may need to discuss rescinding Darth's job as IT Director since he doesn't come around here much anymore.

All the fun they've been missing is, of course, unknown to the people who are missing it but, for those of us who are participating in this thread, there are all kinds of fun to be had, although I think this thread would be even more fun for verbose people such as myself if we could all get paid by the word.

Mister WMC, I'll have my agent contact your agent. :D

If we could all get paid by the word, then all of us here who participate could earn a little chunk of change, which would be a nice supplement to our regular incomes. 8)

Outcomes are never predetermined so even if you think you know what's going to happen there is always a chance to things will end in a way you may have never expected.

Unless of course you're watching a movie about World War II or Abe Lincoln. Those films always seem to end the same way.

You may have never expected dmargalotti to post a contribution this morning which means you are not a regular reader of this thread because dmargalotti always posts a contribution each morning which is why he is our Director of Early Morning Contributions (DEMC as most prefer).

Getting dressed for work usually includes putting on shoes and socks, but if you put them on in that exact order you'll find that a lot of passersby will be staring and snickering.

Passersby will be staring and snickering when they see both Dave & Kenny dressed as Easter bunnies during this Saturday night's special Easter edition of the 80s Rockfest at Illusions.

I hear they will be giving out free Peeps all night long!

This Saturday night's special Easter edition of the 80s Rockfest at Illusions should be a lot of fun as we plan to resurrect a lot of songs you probably haven't heard for a while.

Resurrect? Easter? See what I did there?

While Dave & Kenny are getting their show ready, I plan to hit Illusions a little early so I can spend some time on that mechanical bull.

That mechanical bull was rockin' by itself yesterday, as everyone ran out to see who Veronica was as they craned their necks and speculated and did their usual gossipping and translations.

Their usual gossiping and translations did not earn Dave and Kenny any new admirers, nor did their cheerleader impersonations during the playing of the 12-inch single of Toni Basil's 1982 hit Mickey, although I admit they both looked cute in their short skirts.

They both looked cute in their short skirts and imitation go go boots, as they did their Tune Weavers impersonation and sent their little messenger to Elton John's neck of the woods, dancing to Happy Happy Birthday Baby.

Dancing to Happy Happy Birthday Baby allows for lots of romantic holding and swaying but I can't understand why people call oldies stations and ask for that song to be played for a boyfriend's or girlfriend's birthday when the lyrics are sung by a girl to her ex-boyfriend who is now with another woman.

Not only did I make another lengthy sentence, I also may have put a stop to people requesting that song when they haven't really paid attention to the lyrics. ;)

Another woman came by the office yesterday and said she'd love to go with dmargalotti on his next international band camp excursion but she was told that dmargalotti doesn't allow any females other than his wife to accompany him on those trips.

I wasn't there when it happened, I heard about it after the fact. Turns out it was the lovely Megan McCormick. Oh well, too bad.

Those trips back and forth, to and from the vault, had a little jock spending many a show spinning an awful lot of death and curses, and we don't mind telling you that is one angry little mind.
