An old soft shoe or even a tap dance was seen quite regularly on TV back in the days of Ed Sullivan.
Back in the days of Ed Sullivan you would see on the same program, tap dancers, comics, rock and roll, diapermen, corn off the cob, twirling plates on a stick, sticky twirls on a plate, Ed's back fat, singers, paper dolls, cheesy flakes, and more than anything baseball players in the audience.
Baseball players in the audience were asked to leave their bats at the door.

At the door of Band Camp is a big sign that states "Musicians must wear shirts and shoes" but Mister WMC and Mister dmargalotti took that too literally and showed up wearing only shirts and shoes, but fortunately they both played a bass drum and that prevented them from being guilty of indecent exposure.

Welcome back, Mr. IDBC, nice to see you. You will be happy to know (not that you ever had any doubt since you trained her) that Miss Silkie did a tremendous job in your absence. She spent a week across the pond visiting with Will, Kate, and The First Born (TFB as most prefer) as well as the Queen herself spreading the band camp love. And quad, scanman, joey, and LARR all took over as Acting Directors of Miss Silkie's various duties. I'm sure you've backtracked through the past week to catch up on all the goings on. Should you have any questions, I'm in my office all week.

My bicycle won a race and it was something I liked to ride, then later on I found out that Queen had lifted that part of my life's story.
My life's story would probably do well as a movie on the Scy Fy Network.
The Scy Fy Network is probably more "real" than most "reality shows," which are notorious for their obviously fictional characters.
Obviously fictional characters are not permitted to join one of our band camps because they would prove to be too much of a distraction.
A distraction we do welcome is one like Megan McCormick or Olivia Newton-John would provide with their talent, beauty, and grace.
Grace was the name of one of my sister's friends when we were kids but I can't remember her last name and I have no idea what became of her.
What became of her, in all likelihood, is that she grew to be, at the least somewhat bigger.
The day's production continues at our usual pace despite that lack of contributions from some of the semi-regulars.
The post count continues to go up much like our national debt.
