Fantastic word game

Cabins are usually reserved for the band campers, but the librarian prefers the deluxe stateroom.

Countdown To Love, by Greg Phillinganes was one of those great little doo wopp tunes, that was featured in a flick entitled Streets of Fire in the early 80s.

"Excellently observed, answered Candide, but let us cultivate our garden." - Voltaire, but I'm sure you can find your way around the library for who's whos, both recent and retro.

Around the streets of the cities kiddies are lined up to get on board the trains heading for band camp for the weekend.

Soon the June moon will be a distant memory and those songwriters who are inspired by the moon to croon a tune will be acting like a loon and feeling jejune.

If I've taught everyone a new word today, I will consider that to be a boon.

Feeling jejune just isn't in my vocabulary so let's say we have a band camper/staff vocabulary contest sometime this weekend.

LARR can come up with the contest rules with the kiddies.

Sometime this weekend, if your local PBS station is worth anything at all, they will air at least a couple of episodes of "Globe Trekker," preferably some of them starring Megan McCormick.

Grace, Class, and Style, along with their family members, have checked into band camp a day early.

See what I did there?

The learning curve was longer when I was in high school but recent budget cuts have forced the state's Department of Education to remove 10% of the curve, and unfortunately they removed 10% off the bottom of the curve and that was the part where I used to set my lunch.

That one is really strange---I hope no one asks me to explain it.

When adults are not around to supervise, things can get hairy very quickly which is why we like to have Miss Silkie and SweetiePie around to keep everyone in check.

Happy Friday! We've got some earlybirds moving in to band camp this morning and this afternoon. I expect to see everyone at the main gate to band camp at 7am sharp tomorrow morning.

We like to have Miss Silkie and SweetiePie around to keep everyone in check because we know that not only will things get done in an orderly and timely fashion, there will be lots of goodies on hand too from Miss Silkie's kitchen.
