Fantastic word game

Bad advice usually does not help you save face.

Bringing back scanman's clue from several posts back, since we both posted in the same minute without any of our previously-usual warning. Although everyone played well by playing through. Allons-y!

Face The Nation is a political program that airs on Sundays on CBS and has been on since 1954.

1954 was the first year of Kenny's 80s Rockfest when Kenny was just a teenager long before Dave joined him and they moved to Illusions.

Get your groove on at Illusions with Dave & Kenny every Saturday night and MarcB on occasion when he isn't playing cart jockey somewhere.

When he isn't playing cart jockey somewhere MarcB likes to spend time posting on various threads but it's been a long time since he's stopped by here to grace us with his presence.

Falling and failing just aren't options when we have a wee bit shy of 15 pages to go before we hit Page 3000.

15 pages to go before we hit Page 3000 is pretty exciting news, kind of like the countdown to New Year's Eve so maybe we should put together a special countdown to 3000 pages show with Ryan Seacrest hosting.

Ryan Seacrest hosting anything, even with a year's worth of preparation and a team behind him, is not going to be as good as Dave and Kenny's Rockfests, which they do every weekend and a growing frequency of occasional special events.

All the good books are available, including the older Funk & Wagnall and Encyclopaedia Brittanica in the Reference section, where you can read factual history, as well as just about any other matter under the sun.

Interesting reading helps me to prepare for my upcoming podcasts.

Another system failure. Quad through no fault of his own did not see that scanman had posted a minute before he did so to make things right, I took scan's last clue and posted a contribution that ended with quad's ending clue. That should get us back on track for now. Play on!
