Miss Silkie drawing the numbers, due to her integrity and style makes for some pretty fabulous drawings of Secret Santa numbers with pictures of everything Christmas incorporated into her drawings.

Her drawings of various TFWG contributors are quite impressive to say the least.

I thought her likeness of WMC was uncanny...although I don't think I've ever seen a canny likeness before.

Use only as directed when it comes to ingredients in the recipe for the dressing, so that it will not flop; fortunately, we are not cooking for the entire world for Thanksgiving dinner.

Thanksgiving dinner has me in charge of the turkey and stuffing every year while my wife prepares all the side dishes and desserts.

Side dishes and desserts are a pretty vital part of Thanksgiving, but the prep work party the night before is also a pretty big deal for the girls.

A pretty big deal for the girls sometimes involves being sighted by WMC on one of his bikini-oriented trips.

WMC on one of his bikini-oriented trips was very disheartened to find out that the newspaper advertisement that said "Bikinis half off" did not mean what he thought it meant.

One time I went to a mind reader and she charged me half price.

What he thought it meant and what it really meant were different things.

Different things can be found in the Addams Family television series and the Addams Family movies because by the time the movies were made, the original Thing was suffering from age-related arthritis and neuralgia and could no longer perform.

I should have capitalized the second word there...but WMC would chastise me for altering the bolded words. By the way, Uncle Fester said to tell everyone hello.

Perform as well as we have today, and we will sooner be weller on our way to 10,000 pages, which is quite a lofty goal for all the also-ran internet threads.

Also-ran internet threads just can't hold a candle to us but maybe they can hold a flashlight instead.

Hold a flashlight instead of a candle and you will have a better chance of seeing where you are going when the power goes out.

When the power goes out, as dmargalotti well knows, ya gotta do what ya gotta do to stay warm and keep on keepin' on.

Just be careful how much snuggling you do or you could end up with an extra family member a few months down the road, iff'n you know what I mean. I don't recall sending the PowerWorld Welcome Wagon to the dmargalotti household to welcome any new members to the PowerWorld family so I guess they watched their p's and q's, so to speak.

The 3,000 page mark is one of those highly coveted prizes that can only be achieved by a determined few.

A determined few might try to reach our lofty heights, but the FWG is something that can't be duplicated, or even Xeroxed.

Even Xeroxed a thousand times, the original Band Camp charter document will never lose any of its inherent value or historical importance, although many of us wish that quad and WMC and dmargalotti had used better writing implements than puce, magenta and periwinkle crayons.

And which one of you guys wrote your S's and E's backwards?

Puce, magenta and periwinkle crayons were legal for documentation when we wrote the original charter and formed the LLC.

Which is all right because we were so young we didn't have access to quill pens back in that day.
