Fantastic word game

I'm all amped up now that we are back on current events, and I got a pretty good charge from kenny's plug and jolt double pronged 30,000th post of the game, while I turn the page.

Or at least I think I did with the 11th post of the page.

While I turn the page, I'm thinking that when LARR gets back from his vacation, he'll be very happy to see that someone (namely Miss Silkie) got some punnetry in there to fill his big shoes.

Kenny, congrats on the 30,000th post. There'll be a little giftbag coming from PowerWorld. I thought for sure scanman would sneak in there somehow.

And, hey Mr. International Director of Band Camp, where ya been hiding, hmmmm??? Is Mrs. IDBC been keeping you too busy to contribute? Hmmm?? ;)

His big shoes are sitting empty by the front door while he is in Arizona because no one can really fill his shoes unless we all stepped into them together.

Together maybe we can convince quad to come back to one or both of the TFWG boards currently in operation so I think we should plan a weekend road trip and drop in for a surprise visit.

WMC, my reason for the sporadic appearances is classified and on a need-to-know only basis. I'm sorry but your current security clearance prohibits me from sharing with you more specific information about my current clandestine assignment but I can tell you that the work I'm doing when I'm away from this board and the other board is something that has been commissioned directly by the Chairman of the PowerWorld Board of Directors himself and it's for the betterment of this game and the world we live in.

A surprise visit from all of us doing the can can in that single pair of shoes should be sufficient, you would think, but I reckon only time will tell.

Time will tell whether dmargalotti has returned to us fulltime or whether his sporadic appearances will continue sporadically.

dmargalotti, thank you for your vague yet enlightening yet not so succinct explanation regarding where you've been hiding. I only wish you had been here when we hit Page 3,000. You've been very quiet since your return which I'm guessing is a return unless it's just dropping in before you leave yet again and only to return yet again at some point in the future. I can only hope that your elongated disappearance will result in many many many more contributors arriving on our doorstep. :D

His sporadic appearances will continue sporadically perhaps, but he is there where the rubber meets the road, such as when the kiddies reach out and need a bit of reinforcement, but that is a sporadic appearance of a different kind.

Rewind the VHS video tape of "Back To The Future" you rented before returning it to the video rental store.

There will be a 2 dollar rewind fee, and it's 1985.

The video rental store is a place that goes back to around 1985 too, kenny, and that $2 rewind fee is a rip off that sounds like a deal when you consider that they prolly don't even have the equipment to rewind that sucka; and if they do I'd be surprised if it even works.

If it even works, we'll use it but if it doesn't then we'll send it down to Miss Silkie who can properly display it in the archival room.

The archival room is an impressive place where you can learn not only about the history of PowerWorld and TFWG (TFWG as Miss Silkie knows I prefer) but also the history of each Board member's time with PowerWorld and TFWG (TFWG as most prefer).

Happy Friday everyone!

The history of each Board member's time with PowerWorld and TFWG (TFWG as most prefer) in WMC's dreams, is depicted by a portrait not unlike those seen in old mansions, except that instead of striking poses in the business attire of the day our board members are shown in the camping attire of the day throughout the generations.

The camping attire of the day throughout the generations has evolved from bearskin coats to deerskin jackets to flannel shirts to cotton t-shirts that have a picture of Grizzly Adams and the dumb caption, "I'm a happy camper."

I'm a happy camper was better visualized when ol' Grandpa's picture was taken with the early flash, as he posed happily in his sandals with garter socks and snazzy suspenders on his pants, showing off all the lake trout he caught for that evening's supper.

That evening's supper was cooked by the little band campers themselves with a little bit of help from the older band campers.

Brothers and sisters of the band campers are invited once per session to attend a Family Weekend including sleepover, meals, and activities.

Sleepover, meals, and activities are planned for an unscheduled long weekend, because we have snow moving on in once again, although the campers had a great deal of fun outdoors all day long.

All day long, I've been thinking that I really need to get some stuff done but then I realize I can do that stuff tomorrow and I can continue sitting here being lazy.
