Fantastic word game

Nobody in the audience even noticed the difference, as most of them are deadbeats who are dead on their feet tired after the bull took them by the horns and threw them into a tail spin, but enough of the deadpan humor.

Deadpan humor is rampant around here and I expect we'll get more tomorrow but, for now, I'm soon heading to bed for the night during which time I will be dead to the world.

And, should you wake me up, you will be dead to me.

Dead to the world is Fred Phellps of the Westboro Baptist Church and while it's not polite to speak of the dead, I hope he will enjoy the warmer climate where he will be spending the rest of eternity.

Eternity is an immeasurable amount of never-ending time, if indeed time can even be said to exist in eternity, and the only thing we have here on earth that is comparable to eternity is the time we spend waiting in line at the DMV.

Waiting in line at the DMV is mostly unnecessary here in Massachusetts because you can do a lot of those things online now and also at some local AAA offices in the area.

Some local AAA offices in the area have maps to local band camps while other travel offices are still catching up because many official band camp locations have opened fairly quickly thanks to the due diligence of dmargalotti, otherwise known as our International Director of Band Camp (Mr. IDBC as many of us, possibly even Miss Silkie, prefer).

dmargalotti, otherwise known as our International Director of Band Camp (Mr. IDBC as many of us, possibly even Miss Silkie, prefer) probably noticed that we have been relegated to the bottom of the heap under games, no longer a specialty item, the bottom of the heap, frankly, being the more complimentary location if the truth be known.

You may notice who all the game room people are...yep...tis us, with a humongous contribution to the boards in general

If the truth be known about all the lies I've told, I'd eventually have to run from the people whom I've lied to and would want to beat me down!

Beat me down the garden path if you think you can, but that is hardly likely, because since you don't know where I've been, you mustn't presume to know where I will go, and I've seen generations of flourishes all along the way.

All along the way to the freeway that goes to the subway, I saw such bizarre sights as sailors yelling "Anchors aweigh!" and air force tailgunners yelling "Bombs away!" and Little Miss Muffet eating curds and whey.

The FWG is now in a new forum. But who posted "Off the Air is now it's own Category" and didn't know how to spell "its"?

Curds and whey and cobwebs and dust bunnies are about the only things you might find in this new Games category in which we are the only active thread, joined by the long dead Impossible Trivia Game, Choice Game, and Word Association Game.

Oh, I don't like this situation at all although we did receive a contribution from an unregistered guest.

The long dead Impossible Trivia Game, Choice Game, and Word Association Game will all be coming back within the next few days I suppose, because former "contestants" will get back to business.

I am super occasional. Don't expect me more than 10 times a year...

Get back to business, Crainbebo, and get in here more often than 10 times per year because we need you more here than they do on those DXing boards, that's for sure.

That's for sure how the Valley Girls talked back in the 80s and, for that matter, that's, like, how, like, a lot of kids, like, talk to this day.

In fact, a lot of adults talk that way. Drives me up a tree.

To this day this year, we in California have not had very much rain and Winter is over today and today's weather is like totally awesome with clear skies and a temperature of 78 Degrees.

Today's weather is like totally awesome with clear skies and a temperature of 78 Degrees out there in Kenny Land but, here, it's still chilly with a possible nor'easter heading our way for Tuesday night into Wednesday.

So, in real life, I have a nice long weekend off (Sat thru Tuesday) and then off again next Fri/Sat/Sun. In my other life, I'll be here as much as possible picking up the slack for the contributors who aren't doing much lately. I'll also be trying to get quad back here. Cross your fingers!

A possible nor'easter heading our way for Tuesday night into Wednesday is neither south nor east, nor is it truly north or east, but if the nor'easter arrives on Tuesday, it will not be around very long and certainly not for April Fools Day nor Easter.

Whew! I deserve another A+ for that one!

Easter Bunny, Tooth Fairy, and Mother Nature are all expected at the next Band Camp Summer Session (BCSS as most prefer).

The next Band Camp Summer Session (BCSS as most prefer) will begin with campus-wide move-in over the Memorial Day weekend and, as always, we fully expect everyone to volunteer somewhere around band camp.
