Fantastic word game

My Christmas gift list this year is going to be at least fifteen pages long, but of course that is the list of gifts I want other people to get for me, and that list is always a lot longer than the list of gifts I want to get for other people.

'Tis the season to be greedy. :)

Other people who have not heard of the Fantastic Word Game must throw away all of their circulars every week or so.

Every week or so I thoroughly inspect my bike to make sure it's in good riding condition.

The weather's been getting nicer, so I've been riding more! Gotta make sure I keep up with the maintenance!

Our regular safety and maintenance routine is performed early so that we can catch and take care of anything we might not have caught during the rest of the time, thus preventing travel headaches.

Preventing travel headaches is very important because there's nothing I hate more than travelling with a headache.

Just kind of ruins the whole travelling experience, doesn't it?

80 degrees on Sunday does not refer to a compass or even a protractor, a mathematical tool known only to those who attend band camp and have used such an item on any number of our projects.

Although I think that these days they are learning to use the digital type. But speaking of the shore, there is almost always a fairly decent breeze wafting along, which means kite flying might be the order of the day, with all manner of kites dancing along beneath the clouds.

Our projects this weekend include final planning for Memorial Day weekend move-in and finalizing tasks for the hundreds of PowerWorld associates who have and are going to volunteer somewhere at band camp that weekend.

Somewhere at band camp that weekend before the 4th of July, we're going to have to find a good well-lit location from which to launch fireworks so we don't have a repetition of last year's 4th of July, when Mister WMC couldn't see clearly and accidentally set fire to several flutes and piccolos, thinking they were Roman candles.

We found out that a burning piccolo sounds nothing like a Piccolo Pete. :)

Your local Party World store, between now and July 3rd, will offer a 5% discount off your entire purchase if you can recite to the cashier any of LARR's best punnetry.

Subject to store rules, regulations, eyerolling, and management approval of course.

Any of LARR's best punnetry can be useful for breaking the ice at a party or social gathering, but of course you'll be expected to get a mop and clean up the mess after you've broken the ice.

Just because I have an unruly mop of hair does not mean that I want anyone turning me upside down and using me to clean the floor! Thank you.

After you've broken the ice with your date, invite her to a great Saturday night at Illusions to check out Dave & Kenny.

I'm there now, listening to their sound check. Sounds great and there's already a crowd forming outside.

Check out Dave and Kenny at illusions as we're getting ready to party like it's 1985.

We are going to start with Prince.

Party like it's 1985 when many of today's moms were merely whooping it up in high school or college.

Happy Mother's Day to all the PowerWorld and band camp moms.

High school or college seems like a far-off dream when you're spending twelve years of your childhood in elementary school.

And, believe me, it ain't easy to flunk naptime and finger painting!
