Fantastic word game

The White House Resolute desk was built from the timbers of the HMS Resolute and given to the United States by Queen Victoria, and was modified to accommodate vanity.

I tell myself time and again that, someday, we will reach Page 10,000 but it's not looking good lately so for now we will concentrate on reaching our 9th anniversary on December 3rd.

Bacon, lettuce and tomato are a much better combination for a BLT than broccoli, lard, and tuna.

Are you unsure right now whether to laugh or ralph?

Bacon seems to be the key to longevity, along with all of those other tips from super-centenarians who also do not wear those push button necklaces, since never have to worry about falling and not being able to reach their wine glasses.

Not saying anything is wrong with people who do wear them...just sayin'

Their wine glasses are either half full or half empty depending on your perspective.

Instant replay showed that Miss Silkie posted moments after Jeff which caused her to use the wrong clue but the officials have ruled that her omission was unintentional and therefore they have allowed the game to progress without interruption.

Your perspective may also be judged in the art world by whether one is sufficiently talented to create illusory, proportional background scenery.

dmargalotti, you are absolutely correct. At the time I hit "reply" your post was there only. Thank you.

Proportional background scenery was used in the slow motion instant replay recreation of one of Miss Silkie's recent contributions.

Ya know, I think I'm really sad. I was roaming around Radio Discussions last night and came across one of the other games. I found that many of you are spending much more time there than here. I always wondered what Kenny does during his once a week (if that) contributions here. Turns out, he's on that game practically every day. As is Miss Silkie. As is scanman. As are several other people. Except for me. I didn't even know it had been resurrected. I'm wondering if perhaps it's time to give TFWG a break and shut it down for awhile. Can't believe I even said that.

One of Miss Silkie's recent contributions to the Fantastic Word Game included mentions of wine glasses, bacon and push button necklaces.

Which game are you referring to, WMC? A majority of my contributions to the "Games" forum are posted right here on this thread!

Push button necklaces sound like something you'd find on The Jetsons.

The average cumulus cloud (not a division of the radio company) weighs as much as 82 elephants. So how the hell does it float? (Though obviously, I'm glad it does. Howdja like to have 82 elephants land on you from a few thousand feet up?)

The Jetsons was a great show and that Judy Jetson was a pretty smokin' cartoon chick.

Rut Roh Rorge!

scanman, I'm referring to The Song Name Game where you, Miss Silkie, Darth, CTListener, and Jeff seem to spend a lot of time. We had a prolonged internet outage recently and Darth was nowhere to be found. Now I know why.

A pretty smokin' cartoon chick would be the Lovely Olivia Newton-John if an animated version of Grease was to ever come out.

The Sonny and Cher Comedy Hour ran when I was just a little kid and didn't care about such things but had I been older I definitely would have watched it.

We've thought about asking Cher to perform at band camp but she's a touch more risqué than The Lovely Olivia, at least in the past. Now that's she's older, it may work. I dunno. What do you guys think?

Kenny, great show last night at Illusions as always.
