Fantastic word game

Prince was definitely a musical force to be reckoned with but his death doesn't seem to have gained as much worldwide extended coverage as when Michael Jackson died.

Great job last night, Kenny.

Memorial Day weekend is a time of remembrance and celebration, a time of silences and parades, and a time when dignitaries reflect and pay respect in places where the ultimate sacrifice was made by more than one brave and courageous soul who refused to tolerate evil and oppression, dignitaries who make us proud with our heads held high when we see them in attendance on those sites of great battles, anguish, mourning and blessed memory in history.

In the year 1066, there were no band camps or any kind of camp programs at all for children because back then instead of taking time to learn and play, they were busy working the fields or earning their keep.

Keep On Dancing was a song by The Gentrys, who originally called themselves The Gents, before the group might have deliberately misspelled its name in plural, which may remain a mystery for ages to come.

This might be one of those random thoughts Marc once posted about some years ago.

Quite often, I wonder if being the International Band Camp Director is really what I want to do for the rest of my life.

Don't get me wrong, it's a great job and I love the people I work with and the kids are awesome. Well, most of them anyway. Maybe I'm having a midlife crisis, maybe it has something to do with the fact that the lovely Olivia won't return my calls or respond to my emails. I don't know. It just seems like there should be something more in my life at this age.

For the rest of my life, in context with the rest of that post, sounds like an existential crisis more than anything else.

But hey, what would the Director of the Fun Department know about the theories of Camus or other writers of his time? We are on Page 3358 is all I know.

Alien friends should tell their abductees to phone a friend to get to Page 10,000 someday.

WMC must have gotten abducted by one of the bikini babes down in F L A.

To get to Page 10,000 someday, we must concentrate really hard and do all we can do to give the best we have in the circumstances that have been provided to us.

No, I'm still in the north, just trying to get stuff done workwise before leaving, which is Saturday, by the way. And, that means dmargalotti is in charge unless he doesn't want to be in which case Miss Silkie and the lovely young library interns will be in charge which might actually be best given dmargalotti's life ponderings a page ago. But I'll let him make the decision himself. I'm still in charge through Saturday afternoon. I'll be gone (although still popping in) through the following Saturday.

The circumstances that have been provided to us are not just circumstantial, but then again I'm no Perry Mason.

WMC, you can count on me to hold down the fort while you're away and I promise not to cover your corner office in hideous purple checked wallpaper like I did the last time you left town for a Florida excursion.

Perry Mason could have used Columbo to help Paul Drake out from time to time, but I guess it doesn't matter, since the case was always solved and the bad guy or gal caught within two hours.

Ingrediants for a successful Florida excursion include sunny skies, warm weather, hot bikini chicks and cold refreshments.

dmargalotti, I didn't much mind the hideous purple checked wallpaper so much as I minded the hideous leopard fur covering for my chair. Tough to describe it when new customers come into the TFWG corner office.
