Fantastic word game

Considering how long both fan bases have waited to bring home a championship, I'll bet the owner of the team has one heck of a party waiting for them for their follow through in victory.

Their follow through in victory was 108 years in the making but I must say, I was very happy to see the game 7 win put a smile on Bill Murray's face.

Did you know Bill Murray was once one of our own little band campers? In an interview with Variety many, many years ago he said his band camp experiences here helped to prepare him for his role in the 1980 hit comedy movie, Meatballs.

Bill Murray's face has been almost a household fixture of sorts since many of us first saw him on Saturday Night, and more recently in The Monuments Men, which is based on a true story and also happens to be a favorite in the library.

A favorite in the library is the story behind TFWG which includes the desperate attempt by TheDude to shut the place down; the dark era of SKenJenningsSummers; the emergence of the lovely young library interns; and, of course, some reminiscing from current and previous contributors including quadraphonic, raptus, Darth, dmargalotti, Miss Silkie, Sweetie Pie, scanman, CTListener, MarcB, myself and even joeybabe who met the reporter for a YooHoo at the gas station across the street from his house.

That's quite an All Star lineup. And speaking of All Stars, I see CTListener made a rare personal appearance on the previous page. Nice to see you, CT.

The gas station across the street from his house used to be open 24 hours a day but business has declined in recent years so now the owner turns off the pumps, turns out the lights, and locks the place up at 10pm each night.

At 10 pm each night, or thereabouts, we have important business to attend to with Mr. Sandman.

10 Years before yours truly was born, there were probably other appropriate closings to letters and such, and then ten years after everybody wanted to rule the world, which was a song as we all sincerely know.

As we sincerely know we are going to rock the house tonight at Illusions and we will be playing "Everybody Wants To Rule The World" by Tears For Fears.

WMC, I'm sure it was an overlook that I wasn't included in the names of contributors in your last post (34244), LOL.

Tears For Fears (TFF as most prefer) ruled the world while The Lovely Olivia (TLO as most prefer) is always hopelessly devoted to both TFWG (TFWG as I prefer) and me (mostly me).

Kenny, I apologize for not singling you out. I was merely mentioning some of the contributors. As you are well aware, there are hundreds, even perhaps thousands, more contributors to TFWG and I couldn't possibly list them all although maybe someday I'll try. I shall give myself 1 demerit and sit in a corner during the next 5 tunes played tonight at Illusions.

Hopelessly devoted to both TFWG (TFWG as I prefer) and me (mostly me), myself and I are hiding under the chair over my occasional faux pas with a song title, and that is why I am not in charge of spinning the tunes.

Thanks for being subtle, kenny... rare as it is I got the tune wrong. Sweetie Pie would not be quite so subtle. He would just pass out over it, and you'd think it was the end of the world.

Love that dirty water here in the great state of Massachusetts where our beloved Red Sox wait until 2017 but are nevertheless very happy for the Cubbies.

The polls are located inside of polling places, while on the outside of the polling places are various forms of signage.
