Fantastic word game

Hopelessly Devoted To You was playing this morning as I turned on my clock radio which was tuned to the local AM radio station with their "Greatest Hits of All Time" format.

The local AM radio station with their "Greatest Hits of All Time" format will pause for a moment of silence and rememberance several times during the day on Monday.

Summer session move in began today and overall things went very smoothly. I'll see you all tomorrow during my various walks through band camp.

A day off from work is always a special thing especially when it's spent volunteering at band camp.

And it's certainly nice to see scanman, our Head of Safety and Security (HOSS and most prefer), and his guys serving and protecting around band camp. And, at least count, we hit a volunteer record with 100% of PowerWorld associates volunteering some part of their holiday weekend. Great time last night as usual at the new Illusions as well.

Do have an enjoyable holiday weekend and we'll see you back at work first thing Tuesday morning.

Thanks to everyone for volunteering this weekend. All band campers are moved in. The Lovely Olivia and The Lovely Megan are visiting and providing their own talents to band camp.

As we decompress from a 3-day holiday weekend it occurs to some of us that we need a few days off to recuperate from a hard working holiday decorating for the next holiday.

Decorating for the next holiday, which would be July 4th, will no doubt include some delicious star spangled cupcakes and goodies.

Well, I am very sorry to read just a bit ago that, in real life, Olivia Newton-John has been diagnosed with a reoccurrance of breast cancer that has spread to a bone in her back. While we honor and cherish her, I'd like to place a moratorium on mentioning Olivia for the foreseeable future here at TFWG even though it's just a game. We wish her well and we hope she gets on the track to better health soon.

Baseball, hot dogs, and apple pie will be available this coming Saturday night at the new Illusions while we rock out to the greatest 80s hits of all time.

Wow, I kinda sorta sounded like Kenny right there. And since Kenny is not here more than he is here, it was good to hear his..I mean my..voice...as his voice. Or something. Maybe since I'm talking about him, he'll show up now. Kinda like that SKenJenningsSummers did during that dark period a few years back.

The Greatest 80s hits of all time are heard every Saturday Night at the New Illusions and can be heard on stations like The River.

Ya, I have this feeling somebody was talking about me so I had to check lol, I did notice I-Heart (CC) switched two Jack-FM stations to The River and are playing mainly 80s music, instead of all of the last 5 decades like before.

Bruce Springsteen is not Bruce Springstone of the Live At Bedrock album, but he sure does a heck of an impression in "Take Me Out To The Ballgame", an all American song that has been sung by many, and it was also the title of a movie with Frank Sinatra, Esther Williams and Gene Kelly.

A movie with Frank Sinatra, Esther Williams and Gene Kelly is bound to be filled with happy songs, lively dancing, and lots of lighthearted fun!

Happy songs, lively dancing, and lots of lighthearted fun will be had all weekend long as many of the lovely young library interns will be leading the band camper fun brigade.

Miss Silkie, I realize I'm leaving you slightly shorthanded because of this. Should you need extra help, I've instructed scanman to free up some of his security staff to assist you when needed. Just contact him directly for anything and anyone you need, himself included.

The band camper fun brigade is also working on a float for this years' 4th of July parade and while we aren't quite sure what it will look like, I've heard rumors that it will feature the lovely young library interns waving American flags while wearing red, white, and blue bikinis.
