Fantastic word game

Part of my duties as Game Czar is to make sure everything is running smoothly company-wide which means I am not always in my Game Czar office but instead roaming around the various campuses.

We will have our annual Thanksgiving feast for the townspeople on Thursday as usual. Volunteers are welcome. Miss Silkie and the lovely young library interns are working overtime and doing a great job.

Football holds no special place in my heart or on my television but baseball certainly does as I'm still celebrating my Boston Red Sox and their huge World Series win.

Only a few short weeks until pitchers and catchers report to spring training.

"My Boston Red Sox and their huge World Series win" is something I have to put in quotations because those are words that you would never hear me say.

Just typing them is enough to disgust me. Go Yankees!

You would never hear me say "Yankees suck," even though I, like WMC, am a Red Sox fan, because the Yankees are actually a very good team and have several players I enjoy watching play the game.

Go Civility!

Eating and napping sounds like a good combination so, since I've already done the former, I will very soon be doing the latter for the rest of the night.

Yup, long naps are good things!

Friday is a floating holiday for all eligible PowerWorld associates. If you are working, you will receive another holiday down the road at your choosing. If you are not working, enjoy your long weekend. For those who volunteered at band camp today, thank you very much!! Happy Thanksgiving to all!!

A reminder: 11 days until Anniversary #12!!

The rest of the night we spent cleaning up the lounge, but mostly the kiddie table areas where the adults sat.

The adults sat down towards the end of the night because they had difficulty standing after one too many.

Happy Weekend. We'll see you again tomorrow night at the new Illusions for another fun filled 80s Rockfest.

Countdown: 10 days until Anniversary #12!!

One Too Many beers for me tonight, but lots of great music, now time for our morning breakfast at Dennys'

Our morning breakfast at Denny's was delicious as usual but, really, nothing compares to the stuff whipped up by Miss Silkie and the lovely young library interns.

Countdown: 8 days until Anniversary #12.

The Food Channel isn't something I watch but I might if it involved food on sunny warm tropical beaches with lots of bikini chicks.

That particular day is coming soon but even sooner than that is our big 12th Anniversary on December 3rd for which we will be flying in 2 band campers from each and every PowerWorld band camp across the globe.

That's a lot of band camps as dmargalotti knows full well since he scouted and opened about 96% of them as our International Director of Band Camps (IDBC as most prefer).

Countdown: 6 days!

Every PowerWorld band camp across the globe will be honoring both notable December 25 births with a rousing instrumental mash-up of "Little Town of Bethlehem," "Margaritaville," "Angels We Have Heard On High" and "Cheeseburger in Paradise."
