My biggest lottery haul ever was $2 from that billion dollar lottery drawing (Megamillions I think) a few months ago.

Not bad considering I never play the lottery unless the jackpot hit a billion.

A few months ago, I scratched a $40 winner on a $2 ticket here in Connecticut, but my all-time biggest instant lottery hit was $400 on a Massachusetts "Frosty the Doughman" $2 ticket bought from a machine on my way out of Suffolk Downs racetrack in 2012.

In 2012, we all thought the world was going to end because it was the last year on the Mayan calendar.

Our acceptable societal norms discourage the patronization of Walmart while attired in swimwear or pajamas.

Pajamas, loose-fitting and preferably flannel, are essential on frigid winter nights if you want to get a good night's sleep.

A good night's sleep is something I'm looking forward to all next week as I will be on a well deserved staycation.

Sunny Florida and bikini chicks will be in late May and late September. This time around, it's hanging around, cleaning up, cleaning out, and relaxing. No travelling, no airports, nothing.

The waitresses at Denny's know Kenny so well that they serve his breakfast in TV dinner foil trays and make sure that the sports channels are all on at the same time on the mini Seeburg split screen TV at the end of his favorite table.
