Fantastic word game

Here at The Fantastic Word Game (or TFWG, as most prefer), we don't need to discuss the unsavory subject of differing political views, because we stand united in our mission, diligently working together to obtain the seemingly impossible goal, while maintaining a socially acceptable 6 feet distance from one another.

A heartfelt elbow bump to all, and with that, a warm welcome to page 3,857!

While maintaining a socially acceptable 6 feet distance from one another, some potential band campers and their families came by band camp this morning for a tour and learning experience to gauge their interest in a band camp education starting in a new semester in the not too distant future.

Dependent on local laws and regulations regarding large gatherings and such.

Page 3,858 is likely to have a clue or two mentioning The Quest to Page 10,000 (or TQP10K, as I prefer), much to the chagrin of our fellow contributor CTListener.

Our fellow contributor CTListener, who is, in fact, me, is reluctantly putting his battle against the Quest plague on hold so he can start a new campaign to limit TFWG mentions of COVID-19 and the hardships it is causing.

It is causing every aspect of life to be seemingly less enjoyable for me, CTL, so I fully support you in the new campaign.

In the new campaign, we will focus on the positive things in life that bring us happiness and enjoyment such as bottled water, great 80s rock, and topless driving.

The lovely young library interns are available for marketing appearances. Those will need to be coordinated with Miss Silkie's regular work schedules for them.

Topless driving with the lovely, young library interns sounds like my kind of party.

I'll remain clothed, however. No one deserves to have that image in their head for the rest of their lives.

My kind of party is having close family and friends in attendance and blasting the greatest hits of all time.

50's through 80's music really gets the party rockin'!

Blasting the greatest hits of all time was also a line some DJ's used on the radio in the 90's, but back in the 70's it was "tune in, turn it up and rip off the knob!"

Agree on the party music Scanman1!

Touchscreens in the local banks and other businesses are wiped and santized after each transaction in an effort to stop the spread of the coronavirus

cotton belt, topless driving has nothing to do with being clothed or unclothed. dmargalotti and I will have you in for a conference very soon.

The spread of the coronavirus seems to have picked up in some places where people are ignoring the basic safety guidelines that have been prescribed by local, county, state, and federal officials.

The basic safety guidelines that have been prescribed by local, county, state, and federal officials are seen by some on the far right as the first steps toward one-world government.

Government officials set the guidelines, but it is ultimately up to us to do what we need to do to protect ourselves.

if I ever find myself riding in a car full of lovely, young, library interns, WMC, I'm going to be highly disappointed if the car is the only thing with the top down. Using the phrase as intended or not, lol.

What we need to do to protect ourselves is most often the proper thing, even though there are so many who claim to know better and exert whatever authority they can while telling us that we thought of it first, in order to advance their own agenda.

In order to advance their own agenda towards 10,000 pages at The Fantastic Word Game (or TFWG, as most prefer), contributor "cotton belt" offered up this post to continue the momentum.

To continue the momentum we've achieved lately ever since ron and cotton belt joined us, we are considering offering incentives and prizes if we can post 10 pages of contributions per day.

That sounds like alot but, back in the day, it was eezy-peezy with the likes of myself, dmargalotti, Miss Silkie, raptusregalitur (our original Director of Linguistics), quadraphonic (Director of TPS Reports), the lovely andreajesus, and with the later additions of LARR and the late but always lovely Anyacat.

Ya know, speaking of raptusregalitur, cotton belt kinda reminds of him as well. It's been many moons since he was with us. He was booted from the forums although it was so long ago that i might have still been Radio-Info back then. Geez, we've been through a lot.

10 pages of contributions per day would advance the game quickly, but has anyone figured out what to do when we reach the lofty goal of 10,000 pages?

When we reach the lofty goal of 10,000 pages we are hoping that Joey Babe will send some Yoo Hoo from the gas station across the street.
