Fantastic word game

We partied like it was 1999 because we all wanted to forget about 2020.

Home from Cape Cod. Sadly, no bikini chicks but a nice hazy day at the beach yesterday. I tentatively look forward to returning to sunny Florida in 2021. I'll be back in my Game Czar office Monday morning. scanman, thanks for patrolling my office.

The King of Rock 'N Roll did not graduate from band camp because he was too busy making the girls swoon over him and wouldn't listen to the band camp moderators.

We tried to tell him but he just wouldn't listen.
 
The band camp moderators know that Elvis was hugely successful but they often wonder if he might have lived longer had he taken their advice to avoid living the drug fueled party lifestyle of a rock star.
 
The drug fueled party lifestyle of a rock star does not sit well with the PowerWorld Board of Governors who prefer to see the compassion and sensitivity exhibited by The Lovely Megan, The Lovely Olivia and your friendly Game Czar.

Good morning! A rare Early-ish Morning Contribution (EMC as most prefer) from yours truly.
 
Float away just as everyone else has apparently done today since no one has contributed since my last contribution much earlier today.
 
The boss will be mad if the current posting rate continues because we really aren't making much headway.

We seem to have lost ron (who hasn't reappeared since I chastised his sentence writing skills). Miss Silkie has been mostly absent from contributing although still very valuable behind the scenes. Darth/oldradiotapes reappeared and then disappeared just as quickly. CT and scanman have spent most of their time elsewhere. I guess it's up to dmargalotti and myself to bring this thing home to 10,000 pages.

The live stream from the new Illusions will, if we're lucky, feature a thigh-slapping performance of the classic comedy routine in which a man gets a phone call and says nothing but "You don't say!" over and over until he finally hangs up, at which time a friend standing nearby asks him "Who was it?" and is told "He didn't say!"

He didn't say anything about it so I decided to go ahead and do it anyway even though I wasn't sure it would end up the way I wanted it which was different than the way everyone else wanted it.

CT, we might want you to do a little classic comedy show during our regular intermission during next week's 80s Rockfest. I'll talk to kenny and Dave about it. :)
