Fantastic word game

The way it was intended to be was intended to be fair to everyone but there were some people who thought that it was fairer for others than for everyone.

That song still gets played on the radio because it feeds the old rock 'n' roll lifestyle fantasies of guys who were in their teens when it came out about 35 years ago.

The first single from their debut album would depend upon who "they" are, assuming the thread does not necessarily pertain to Dire Straits, which would then beg the question as to who is in dire straits when you consider that Farmville is apparently shutting down, and I cannot help but wonder if The Estate of Anycat decided to sue over getting her property back on the game that was merely a way to get members roped in on a certain whatever it is site that I have never been to.

I would have to go back hundreds of pages to find specifically what she wanted back that was unfairly ripped off from her. She did not buy it, and she did not want it; or she did buy it, didn't get it and wants it, so some such matter of import we are just learning today.

I have never been to another farm since I quit FarmVille in 2012 and I don't miss it one tiny bit.

I joined FarmVille in the first place in 2010 because quadraphonic (now-retired Director of TPS Reports) and Anyacat (our late Director of Travel and Tourism Tips who departed this world several years ago) peer pressured me (Yes, they PEER-PRESSURED me!) into joining. Within 6 months, they had both quit the game while I was hopelessly addicted. It was so bad that I at one point started a 2nd Facebook account just so I could start a 2nd farm or 2nd set of farms. Because it really ballooned from just the regular farm to also including an English farm, a winter farm (I think) and yet another farm. So I had up to 6 farms going or something. At some point, I killed the 2nd Facebook account/2nd set of farms and really just spent the next 6 months or so keeping the original farms decorated rather than growing anything at all. Then I finally quit altogether. I really don't recall Anyacat complaining about anything but it's been a long time. Maybe someday when I'm stranded on a desert island with nothing to do, I'll look back in the archives to try and find something about. :)

Miss Silkie, nice to see you. Thanks for bringing back some memories. Good times!! In case you aren't aware, our friend Darth has sort of reappeared under the name oldradiotapes. He came here once a couple of weeks ago and has not reappeared but I think he is probably frequenting other boards here.

Solving the case was all that mattered to private investigator Jim Rockford, even if it meant him get chased in his Pontiac Firebird, sucker punched while entering his trailer at Paradise Cove, or getting stiffed by a client who didn't have the ability to pay.

The ability to pay is statistically and didactically inverse of the ability to afford.

...Or something like that. I really just wanted to use the word "didactically" somewhere.

I was wondering what happened to quad. Last I heard from him was on the other site where I made a subtle joke about disk space in response to one of his replies, and it apparently "offended" him such that he went MIA after that point. Well, what can you do.

And wmc, here I am. Won't be on here at all this weekend because I'm going backpacking at Mount St Helens with a buddy from work.

The ability to afford our band camp sessions is based solely on the child's willingness to have fun and frivolity on a daily basis.

Darth, quad has been gone for years. Pretty sure he had issues when Radio-Info (or RadioInfo) converted to Radio Discussions and he was unable to log in. I think he decided against starting all over with a new login or somethingorother so just gave it up sadly. I hardly think he would have taken offense about disk space. :)

Fun and frivolity on a daily basis is why I keep coming back here day after day after day after day.

And i'm not leaving until we hit our Quest To 10,000 Pages. And then we'll start another quest to, oh I don't know, 30,000 pages maybe? :)
