Again, the children eagerly await the arrival of Santa Claus while mom and dad work hard to prepare for the big day.

The big day for most children means receiving lots of presents.

Lots of presents was great when I was a kid but, nowadays, I just like to sit back, relax, sleep, and enjoy a long weekend.

Merry Christmas everyone. Santa was live earlier on the big PowerWorld livestream for all PowerWorld associates' kids. So glad to see so many participants. Everyone please have a safe and happy holiday. We'll still be here accepting contributions all holiday weekend because the internet never closes. Band camp and all PowerWorld buildings and businesses will be closed until Monday morning. If you are nearby campus and see any of scanman's security team, offer them a Christmas treat. They will surely accept it. And don't call them Shirley! Merry Christmas!

A Christmas Day contribution or two is a good way to keep us going while virtually celebrating the holidays.

Don't forget we will have a special Christmas themed 80s Rockfest Saturday night via the PowerWorld livestream. Dave and Kenny may not be there so I'll be joined at the new Illusions by both The Lovely Olivia and The Lovely Megan. It will be a great show.

The entire season of the 80s Rockfest has been very different this year so we are very appreciative of everyone who participated in some large or small way.

Some large or small way stations on the route have to deal with confused truck drivers who mistake them for weigh stations.

Stations involved with the PowerWorld Radio New Year's Eve Countdown (PWRNYEC as most prefer) are looking forward to our special year end celebrations, virtual and otherwise, this coming Thursday night.

This coming Thursday night, a ball will be lit in Times Square and Ryan Seacrest will introduce a bunch of music acts that I've never heard of.

Bands will be lining up to appear on our countdown show because The Lovely Olivia will be making a special guest performance and who doesn't want to be seen with The Lovely Olivia?
