Fantastic word game

All around the world, proud PowerWorld band camp graduates are waiting for the day when they can send their own kids back to camp when it's safe to do so.

CT, what's the connection between LARR and the USPS? Did he work for the USPS? I don't recall that about him and you'd think I would if he did because I did from 2001-2004. Somewhere, he is teaching punnetry classes via Zoom. ;)

Sing a song and spread the news that we are still open for business so we'd like everyone to drop by with a contribution or two to move us along on our merry way.

The journey to Page 10,000 will now take a lot longer than initially planned due to the recent software upgrades and updates to the website.

Please cancel your plans for the next 35 years.

Seeking the meaning of life has been the quest of most philosophers throughout history.

35 years? Dude, in 35 years I'll be 91. While I hope I live that long, at this point if you're betting on me you should probably take the under.

History was never one of my better subjects in school and, for that matter, neither was math, science or geography.

But I liked anything to do with writing. ;)

dmargalotti, I'm right behind you. I'll be 90 in 35 years and, yes, I expect you to be right there with me. I've been here since Day 1 for all 14 years. I've put too much of my life into this thing to give up now. I need someone beside me. You are my wing man. Yes, yes you are. :D

Geography is a subject that I know fairly well although I'm not that well versed in countries on the African continent.

Wait. I'm your wing man? Like Goose in Top Gun? But Goose died!

Countries on the African continent are not my specialty so I'll just try to ignore that clue and head on up the road.

dmargalotti, more like Batman and Robin; the Skipper and Gilligan; MarcB and Cockroach; or, Rachel and Monica. :D

Join us on the livestream tomorrow night for another great 80s Rockfest. Have a great weekend and stay safe!!

Head on up the road and you'll find a more enlightened place where all the mean are strong, all the women are good looking and all the children are above average.

And they don't end posts with the thought-terminating cliche "stay safe". Can we PLEASE have an absolute moratorium (read: ban) on usage of that trite, overused, beaten-to-death call to live in stereotypical American fear and paranoia? Most people under 50 are long past it. It's the 20s now. Is it really necessary to keep reminding everybody how much the end of the last decade sucked?

where all the mean are strong, all the women are good looking and all the children are above average is a typo for the mythical town at the edge of the prairie that the decades forgot.

Everything else I said in post #6363458 still applies. Ya shur, ya betcha.

The mythical town at the edge of the prairie that the decades forgot is, I'm only guessing, some type of metaphor that only our friend Darth can tell us about.

Gosh, Darth, you disappear for a few years, then reappear a few months ago in new clothes, immediately disappear again since then. Now, you reappear and have a meltdown over me telling people to stay safe which is something I've been saying many Fridays during the pandemic. It's nice to see you and everything but chill a bit, ok my friend? Thanks for coming by, contributing, and stay safe. :D

Tell us about yourself so we can get to know you better.

I always remind people I care about to stay safe any time they had out. I did that even before COVID-19 showed up. It's just, in my opinion, the right thing to do.
