Fantastic word game

Poor eyesight is what caused dmargalotti and I to mistake (Miss) Silkie for a guy way back in the early days of her tenure.

Which is why and where "Miss Silkie" came about. Gee those were funny times. :)

Way back in the early days of her tenure, it was actually WMC who thought Miss Silkie was a dude but that's mostly because her contributions did not give any real clues as to her gender.

Gender neutrality is really only recommended on places like the Internet, but is really really undesirable in normal, real society.

Society and TFWG have no place for ne'er do wells which is why TheDude and SKenJenningsSummers didn't last long around here.

And if Stuart was here, he'd be starting on a rant about TheDude right about now. :D

Bed sheets are not as desirable for fort building as good old chenille bedspreads, a fact borne out by history.

Gold records have been awarded to TFWG for the longest thread on the interwebs and to Miss Silkie for making the most delicious tasty tidbits of all time.

If you asked me I would probably not have been able to name them either, but we usually know it when we hear it.

Onboard the TFWG SuperBoat, those of us on the Executive Board were able to relax for a bit while also discussing the upcoming 2021 Fall band camp session.

The upcoming 2021 Fall band camp session actually got under way last week but apparently our Game Czar was too busy bothering the lovely young library interns to read the minutes of our last meeting.
