I googled it. It is just the title of the game in Italian. Also, I think @dmargalotti hinted at the meaning with the line "where it is known as". At first I thought "parole" would be release or something

This means that we have to appease the Italians by eating three cheese chicken penne from Applebees every day. 🤣
