Fantastic word game

Planes, trains, and automobiles will be used by all band campers, past and present, to visit Zman to admonish him for violating the one sentence rule.

People people people!! How many times do I have to say it. Please use one sentence and one sentence only. Zman, what's with the 2 sentences?? Stuart, Miss Silkie and scanman, not one of you made mention of this horrific breach of protocol. I am horrified at this turn of events. We are 15 years in here and this stuff happens?? Zman Zman Zman, what WILL we do with you? I shall have to issue 10 demerits and a 45 second timeout to you. While you are the newest member, you have now been around long enough to know better. As for the rest of you, I want to see all of you in my Game Czar office for a meeting Friday morning at 10am.
 
Violating the one sentence rule results in the removal of all brownie points ;)

Full disclosure, I had no idea that was an actual rule, but if only I would've came across this post, I would've not done two sentences, sorry.

Have some coffee and a tasty tidbit while waiting for the others to arrive for this mandatory meeting in my Game Czar office.

scanman, that only works for the lovely young library interns. ;) Zman, I'm quite sure that when you joined us I welcomed you and laid out the few rules we have (one sentence, bolded clues, blah blah) and introduced all of us to you. Because I do that to everyone. Check back in the archives during your 45 second timeout and look for that why don't you. 😁

Meanwhile, in real life, in your Game Czar's neck of the woods, it's another winter storm but, rather than snow, it's freezing rain all day. Lots of accidents reported everywhere meaning I am not heading to real life work today and I will be real life working tomorrow instead. That does NOT mean that our pretend meeting is cancelled in my pretend Game Czar office. I expect everyone there. Happy Friday!
 
The group that performed "Telstar" is a clue that is so out of left field that I don't even know where to go with it.

Well done, Miss Silkie, well done. And so ends another week except for those of us working tomorrow due to not working today because of weather issues. Have a great weekend and we'll see you tomorrow night at the new Illusions for another great 80s Rockfest.
 
Go with it to Google and you'll find out all about "Telstar" and the Tornadoes, which should give you plenty to craft a TFWG-worthy sentence out of if you should again encounter the clue that stumped you so.

The NBA is great (go Nuggets) but, this country will have their eyes glued to the Olympics or the Super Bowl.
 
The Super Bowl party that will be held at band camp is for fun and frivolity with no wagering involved.

Having a great time at Illusions with kenny and Dave and the whole gang. Lots of people joining us in person and on the PowerWorld livestream.
 
No wagering allowed as to whether Illusions or Mar A Lago will have more people, since the 45th President of the United States of America will be disc jockeying well into the night at the latter, and nobody will even have to go out in the cold to head for Denny's.
 
Stay warm as best you can during these winter months because you don't want any illnesses preventing you from travelling.

Which, for me, will be in May in, yes, sunny Florida.

And, Miss Silkie, I'm betting on Illusions as the site with the bigger crowd. ;)
