Different people have different entertainment preferences and while I have nothing against Nanny and the Professor, I'd much rather watch reruns of The Ghost and Mrs. Muir.
My Vacation Destination would have to be the fine French countryside.

I have full DVD box sets of that show, such memories!

Our posting goals have changed over the years but the thing that keeps me coming back for more is Miss Silkie's Tasty Tidbits.

Worry not, I am still here! I just took the weekend off.
I took my last name off for this reason (really) I am a very political person and let's just say some of my political views do not align with about 90 percent of the people in this area, where I work, and my family. Sometimes I post on "the political" boards on this site. My views are not very popular and some people may take issue with them. Unfortunately and sadly (some) of the people in society cannot just simply disagree with you and have a discussion about it. They may use "other methods" to show their disagreements (NOT THE FOLKS ON THIS SITE). I just thought taking off my last name was a good thing (and sad thing) to do based on today's of the political landscape. I have been yelled out in public, been called racist and a White Supremacist. I am glad nothing physical has happened.
When I visit by brother and his family in New Jersey, my sister in law asks me (politely) not to wear my MAGA hat or Trump shirts when we go out because "people may not understand" (her exact words). My brother voted for DJT and was practically disowned by said family.

A bakery in New Jersey where Stuart's brother lives is sure to have great bagels!
They are hard to find outside of the NJ/NY/CT area. I mean the really good ones! I left NJ 3 and a half years ago after living there my whole life and it's hard to find good bagels, real pizza, or anything closely resembling a diner or a deli.
